The English and French subtitles are insanely useful. It's so useful to be able to see the French words they are saying, then fall back on the English if I can't translate.

So.... I'm taking a second year a french and I'm trying to improve my listening and understanding others when they speak. Anyone recommend any good, easy films? Even if they're for kids that's still fine.

@luckyslimester If you like Disney movies, go on! It's really great to learn vocabulary and expressions. ;-) "Jeux d'enfants" is a really good film, "Les petits mouchoirs" is awesome. You can also try more comic movies like "Astérix et Obélix mission Cléopâtre" but it might be quite difficult to understand all the jokes. Still, you can give it a try if you want to! ^^ Learning a language is all about motivation! Good luck :-)

I saw this film for the first time and I honestly did not expect the amount of boobs I would see in the film. But it was an amazing film. I'm not one to watch romantic comedies but this was so good. Truly a keeper for me. And I'm a guy. They don't make them like this in America.
