It seem that the huge robot is Scorpinox. I can tell by the way his hands are claws. Aparently he brings Megatron back to life and now Megatron is after Starscream. FINALLY, the Decepticons have more of a story line.

10 seconds in, we see a large robot smash a helicopter... it's arm was about the length of the helicopter. now THAT would make sense if THAT was Devastator, and I bet you it is, because in terms of size, it makes sense.

In the cartoons, a car would transform into a robot the size of a building. But Michael Bay is more realistic (Jazz was a Solstice and he transformed into a rather small robot). So again, how in the world can that big ass robot in the end be anything less than 10 robots?

Optimus is one of the bigger-sized "normal" robots. Now compare Optimus to the size of that big robot (look at it in scale). Optimus is equivalent to one of its hands. Which means it would take more than 6 robots to make up what we see there (and it makes it even more absurd to say that that is only 1 Constructicon. Since when were construction vehicles 5 times bigger than trucks and the same size as buildings?)

That robot can only be one thing, the Fallen.

It looks like The Fallen will be the main villain. Michael Bay has described The Fallen as "apocalyptic". Although it looks like Megatron will be returning as well since there have been several leaked images of Megatron's new form. No doubt those were Megatron's claws that were pinning Sam down. Devastator has been mentioned who is most likely that huge robot we saw at the end. Starscream and Barricade will be returning. Soundwave and Ravage will be in this and so will Jetfire.

If you look up a picture of Starscream, you'll notice that his hands are different from Megatron's. Megatron's hands look more like claws. I'd go as far as to say that they look like hooks.

And allow me to correct you on Devastator. The tank's correct name should have been Brawl since that's what all the toys and marketing named him as. But that clown Michael Bay decided to keep him named as Devastator despite the mistake being brought to his attention many times.

Devastator is not just one individual character. He is a combination of several Decepticons known as the Constructicons and he is very large. So it's safe to say that the claws pinning Sam down are from Megatron seeing as how several images of Megatron's new form have been circulating the web. I have a picture of Megatron's new form battling Optimus as my background image on my user page. If you look up some snapshots of the teaser, you'll notice that there are signs of rust on the claws.
