  • DAMN THIS VATO CAN SING! SHAOOOO!!!!

  • Listening to my cousin Joe brings tears to my eyes. He is soulful and just plain awesome. He introduced me to music and just about all the musicians from the 70's to present. He inspired me to play and Al Gomez Jr. re-inspired me to play the horn again. I now play with the Al Gomez Orchestra,( Al Sr.) Love you Cousin. Carlos Valdez Jr.

  • wow beautiful

  • A friend and I use to go watch this dude do

the Eddy Cabarelli tunes from The Rascals fame. Of all the hispano jazz singers around I can truly say Jama Pajam has had good vocals ever since I can remember. Just keep your weight the way it is Jama. This is how you can retain your highs pretty well at this age. He hasn't changed in 35 years. Wow thats gota say something here. McBurney yea...great musician so is... Hector Molina

  • Al Gomez, on trumpet, was just a kid when he started playing the horn with us,,Continental Orchestra SA..back in the mid 70's..he and the CROW..late Bob Crowley kicked butt..he might remember me, the guitar player with the red 335 and the Sunn Concert Lead...also Stan Solis (son of the late Felix Solis Orchs)did keyboards with this group for many years.

Al's playing reminds me a lot of my primo

    the late Charlie McBurney..

  • McBurney played one bad ass horn. May he rest in peace. Webtrain there will be a Patio Anda Luz reunion/tribute on Oct 4 at the Guadalupe Cultural Center. They're looking to recognize all the musicians from that era.
