Yes, it was very bold of me to attempt a cover that was done so perfectly in the first place. Ambition can make you look pretty ugly, but it was an interesting experiment and some dig it.

This is really good. How do you play the d/g chord. I suck at guitar but my girlfriend loves this song so i'm determined to learn it. Also, you don't have a bad voice but you shouldn't belt this out like your in a pub

It's in dropped D tuning and you play a G chord except you don't play the low G note - you let the low D string ring out.

I agree that it's not one of my best vocal performances - I could have sung it more subtly.

Thank-you tobiasgabel - I'm glad someone liked it. I wouldn't claim it to be anywhere near as good as the original (we are not all born with extraordinary looks and voices for a start), but it was an interesting challenge to figure it out on guitar.
