Super Metroid reset glitch for SNES and wii (part 2)

you can reset game from the outside crateria , where the ship is landed but once the planet blow up and once the game is reset

so anytime u do the reset glitch you lose ALL your missles...? :( i mean i know u get to keep power bombs and super missles but you lose all your normal ones? lame....

no, you can get off and play again. I did this a few times, and thats how I got to where I told you abnout. just dont var beam ridley!

You just have to leave Ridley's room after the timer comes up.

dont use a p bomb in ridley cuz u open the door and by that u can do a mistake of get out fo the room before de time is begining to count as programated in the game then u have to fight ridley.

I fight ridley 5 times by that mistake

I heard from someone that if you make Ridley drop the Metroid container, you can grab it & the Metroid will be with you for the whole game. Anyone know if that's true?

No, you can't kill him no matter what. He was designed not to die and it does not have death animation.

i did dat once....i ended up wit 40 e-tanks, 100 p-bombs and super missels, and 170 missile tanks=)i did it again but i var beamed ridely.he blew up and the mother brain caim in from left and hyper-beamed me 2 deth...den mi game crashed and broke=(

I had 300 super missiles and power bombs, no missiles, and 127 e tanks.

My file select screen just looked plain halarious.

i did dat once....i ended up wit 40 energy tanks, 100 p-bombs and super missels, and 170 missels=)i di it again but i used var beam on ridely.he blew up and the mother brain caim in and hyper beamd me 2 deth...mi game crashed after dat and then it broke...=(but it was relly cool!!!!!!!

AWESOME. I just noticed your missiles disappeared. I assume you can re-collect them later?

@beekill82 They don't disappear. If you use Select, you can scroll through the yellow 1's and make the ones covering your weapon symbols disappear.

dude the super missles didnt do any more damage then the normal beam did. because the creators of the game dont expect u to have any powerups, they didnt make missles any stronger than the beam. they probably just put a set amount of hits until ridley drops the metroid. technically, this means that in the beggining, ridley is basically invincible.

yay first! dude you should of used power bombs on ridley when you ran out of super missiles believe me it works and when you fight him again it will except he take around 65 power bombs to die!

Yeah but it will take forever to beat him with just a power because it doesn't make anything different between strong shot and weak shot. Plus, weak shot is lot faster like uncharge beam.
