  • My girlfriend was doing this LOL until the very day i was her doing it she never did it again, which is crazy bcos she has a beautiful figure.

  • This is a bit misleading, there's no such thing as spot reduction, you can't just lose weight in one area. Working your thighs won't make you lose weight on thighs alone.

  • @Squeegee33 This is for people who exercise regularly and would like to add to their routine to target the muscle. What you probably referring to is that people can't lose FAT with "spot" or "target" exercising but you can target MUSCLE with that type of exercising.
