  • i have 12 inches jack dempsey 9 years old. i bought just for 99 cents

  • Thanks for the mistake correction and feed back, English is not my first language...

  • at 2:11 theres nemo

  • as an fyi -- i think you mean "graphic" not "graphical"

    graphical

1 of, relating to, or in the form of a graph : flowcharts are graphical presentations.

2 of or relating to visual art or computer graphics : a high-resolution graphical display.

    graphic

1 of or relating to visual art, esp. involving drawing, engraving, or lettering : his mature graphic work.

-----> • giving a vivid picture with explicit detail : he gave a graphic description of the torture.

not trying to be word police but...

  • @viciouswolf1111

Of course, specially after some of them paired up...

  • Hi, awesome fish!

Can any of them fit in the scattered pipes you supplied for hiding in? lol.

  • @9364peter

Yes, some pipes were 10'' in diameter.

  • @cdro72 I have a question. Of all the fish you have in there.. which do u consider the most predatory and aggressive, to like feeders and live fish.

  • You FOUND NEMO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • wow sexy jags and oscars i like them

  • I dont under stand thye concept of this visual hearing device I dont want to be a wordcorrectolgist but im sure that the name of your visual hearing device is worded wrong under is spelt wrong

  • YA Marilyn Manson!

  • where did you get baby tilapia. I mean I love them cause they make neat pets but they seem like they would be a much better alternative than the nutriant laking goldfish.

Cool set up, it doesn't look like it was set up by a five year old, it looks like it was set up by some one who took more consideration to the fish than the human apeal ! :)

  • Got them from the same place I got the p-bass, a local river...thanks!

  • you got any convict cichlids

  • If I recall correctly there were two males, one black and one albino...

  • Tilapia are a very nutrient rich food source. Here in Alabama, it's what they stock in a lot of the private ponds for Largemouth Bass to feed on. And those Bass get huge quick.

  • nice fish and nice size tank but looks like its been decorated by a 5 year old?

  • I see your point but it wasn't decorated at all, in fact it only has some tubes used as caves and a couple of toys for the oscars to play with...

  • 2:13 nemoxD

  • HAHA ever tried casting a line in thier? xD

  • Only when I'm hungry...lol

  • Ugly with so many cichlids :P

  • 1:15 what fish is that again ( red orange one)

  • a blood parrot if I'm not mistaken...

  • peacock bass r real fast damn!!!

  • I have a question, Is there a water filter in there how are they getting oxygen?

  • Multistage filters are in place moving a couple of thousands GPH.

  • did you d=say that you have those fish in a pool ? can you even do that

  • yes we can...

  • dope shit bro

  • wow dude....sick ass set up and fish, ibet there is mad drama in there haha you got some prize heavyweights

  • wow wut kind of aquarium is that

  • Very sweet! you must have a lot invested in all of this. what are they in?

  • wow your jag is huge!!! I had one that got pretty big but I had to sell it because it got to big for its 30 gallion and it kept eating my african cichlids XD.

  • African cichlids shouldn't really be in a 30 gallon either..

  • i starved my convict for 10 days and then i threw a baby mouse in the water and it got eaten, only joking

  • i got a baby tiger oscar lol

  • very cool display pool. great way for larger cichlids to have room.

  • that shit is ugly

  • The peacock bass are so freakin fast!

  • Wow you have a bunch of cool fish havent seen

a kiddy pool set up before very original.

  • im surprised an uaru could live with all those dovii and pbass

  • I've never seen a real full contact fight in there other than the occasional fighting ritual.Only a Texas killed a particular convict that she hated since growing up with it, but she left other convicts alone.I believe 0thingthing0 that you meant the big female severum because I've never had the pleasure of owning a dovii or uaru.

  • there must be some big fights happening there.

  • Thats cool!

  • Hey I have a cichlid tank with some unknown cichlids im pretty sure theyre from Lake Malawi can you help name them please? Check my channel for the videos.

  • your swimming with them to right?

  • In fact there are three kiddy pools one inside the other, and no I don't swim in there with them as a buddy of mine went missing in there when he tried that...lol

  • NOO? HE DIED? THEY AINT VICOUSE

  • Don't worry it was fast and painless..

  • oh sshit lol, you smart as hell dude, you baught a kids swimming pool and used that, am i right?

  • are these fish in a above ground pool

  • Yes, indeed.

  • thats a huge jag

  • omfg no new video??

  • Thanks! IMO Pacus and red tail catfish get so big they will need a huge backyard pond instead of an aquarium, they eat a ton of food too.

  • LOTS of room real nice . Nice fish to

  • ANY BODY I NEED HELP WITH MY NEW TANK! i have a 55 gal i jus bought. there is a 7inch oscar and a 3inch jack dempsey. my JD is very terriotorial and wont let any other cichlids in help 4 what i can do?

  • 55 gallons is not big enough for those fish. One oscar needs 75 gallons,so get rid of the oscar,or get a bigger tank. The JD will be O.K. by himself in the 55 gallon, but you shouldn't keep any more fish with him in a tank that small.

  • Dude a 3in Jack Dempsey doesnt need a whole 55 gallon tank to himself!!

  • Take ur Jack Dempsey to a pet store and get a green terror! Green terrors are calmer

  • haha i already did but now i have a clown knife (2in-3in), a brown knife which is 7in. then a pleco, which is 4 inch, and a Peacock bass which is 7in. its funny they all get along so im pleased

  • ChunkUuP8 haha i already did

but now i have a clown knife (2in-3in), a brown knife which is 7in. then a pleco, which is 4 inch, and a Peacock bass which is 7in.

its funny they all get along so im pleased

    ----

The fish you have ESP PB will get to big ,will start attacking the others .A person like you shouldnt own fish infact you shouldnt pets at all.I know u dont care that 55 gallons is not 550 gallons.Ofcourse you enjoy packing fish in a 48 inch long tank. Why not add a pacu to?

  • hahaha first of all im sorry bro, chill. i meant peacok eel!!!! i kno theyll get big im not fucking retarted. im buying a 180 in like a yea for em all so calm down.

  • Lol I am not a "bro" thats a Miami saying lol . Yea sometimes I get bit hyper. Either way I sent you a red tail catfish - a blue channel catfish- and a sturgeon for your tank lol I am just goofing .

  • nice and healthy fish..good job cichlid lover they are realy good looking fish..

  • big jag

  • do u have a convict in there

  • Yes, I think it was two males at that time.

  • How do you heat that thing? Anyways sweet setup can't wait for the new vid!

  • what kind of fish is the white oe with the yellow tail?

  • Midas/devil mix perhaps...I don't use heaters the water reach over 80°F at surrounding temperature.

  • Whats this song called?

  • Is called "Rock Is Dead" by Marilyn Manson.

  • lol at 30-36 i saw NEMO

  • Hey what the dimension of your pool/pond? its cool!

  • LoL...OwNeDbYKld I'll make other one on the near future...the pool is on the 8'-9' range and yes Nemo was killed in there...don't tell it to Walt Disney what you saw in there Omg1tsKyle...lol

  • we want new vid!!!!!!

  • For the time being I'm really busy at this moment however I'll make another video in the near future. Yes, willownss it is.

    -Thanks

  • is that an actual like above ground swimming pool?

  • are u going to make a new vid of your fish??

  • i want u to make a new vid plz!!!!

  • Your aquarium is far to owercrowded.

You should give them a more natuak tank.

  • what live food do u feed them??feeder fish???

  • In the video tilapia, guppies, swordtales and different kind of shrimps were used.Yes

deMastro I realized that when they reached sexual maturity.

  • ok!!!

  • hey cdro72 do a new vid on your fish/fish tank.

  • I'm really busy at the moment but as soon I finish somethings in the near future I'll make another, perhaps better than this one.

  • ok thanks

  • I've seen my parrot have some success against shrimps, can't say about it fish hunting skills though.Between 600-700 g I believe

    OwNeDbYkId.

  • how much gallons is the pond/pool?

  • Yeah Peacock Bass!!!

  • Thanks for the compliments guys, and thanks for the invitation lightbulbsrcool.

  • Not so keen on the substrate colours but the fish are top notch! Great stuff mate love your fish :)

  • Mate...I've kept cichlids for 25 and have never seen anything quite like it . Awsome .

  • tight

  • that is awesome , good job , and a job it must be ? The cost of food must be something else . Your Oscar is big and bad .

One question , did you have to buy all those fish ? And it did not seem like there was alot of fighting going on >??

  • I did bought most of them; the peacock bass was the only one that was caught by me. No, the fighting began when most of them became really huge and pairs formed in there, after they reached sexual maturity. Thanks for the comments guys

  • Thanks , one last question ? is the setup still going ?? who's left ......if any ??? just curious cause that was alot of fish .

  • I still have the jags, oscars, devils, vieja, dempseys, peacock bass, pretty much the bigger ones.Basically the ones that shared the pool, been the same species were the ones that were killed in there, my biggest lost was the snook and a 16'' Lima that jump out.

  • thanks for letting me know , hope all goes well from here on out ...... I just got a little Oscar , getting back into fish ... it has been along time since i have had some fish .... I had a couple oscars , red devil , pike , jack dempsey ,texas ,and some others all in different tanks .

take care and thanks again for sharing ...

  • I love the look and that Jag's face in 00:16 He's ready to fuck shit up!!!! And is that a peacock bass in 1:10?? BTW Awesome music, Manson is my fave!

  • OMG! BEAUTIFUL!, but the maintenance must be a killer.

  • Yes it is,Thanks!

  • what kind of pool is that? is it in your back yard? and what kind of filter is on there, i must know please >____<

  • Those pool that you buy at Wal-mart,it's located in my bed bedroom with a filtration of up to 3000gph, DIY and penguin filters.

  • thank you!

  • What size is he

  • On the 4''-5'' range,it's small compared to other parrots.

  • does the blood parrot eat live food? mine can't really. frozen blood worms and pellets are the only things that dont swim to fast for him and his weird shaped mouth. ha

  • It will eat live shrimps if they are slow enough to be caught in the middle of the action.

  • hey say ya question my big parrots eat tuffies or feeder guppies. I give them that as a treat. My 3 big ones are the size of a soft ball.and they are fast as anything to get them lol.

  • Does that large peacock or any of the other large ones eat the smaller cichlids like your firemouths or blood parrots I saw in there. I saw nearly every common south/central american cichlid on the market in that tank lol.

  • Looks can be deceiving,at the time the firemouths were not small enough to be eaten. The blood parrot is too thick and tall to also be eaten. One day I took the largest Firemouth out measure it,he was close to 7'' TL and really round and tall with an even bigger attitude.

  • all my goodness that's awesome, i also have central and south american cichlids but have to be careful who's in with who, i want that pond!!!!!!!!!

  • ok is it really a pool or is it a fish tank, and your water looks dirty, and i take it this pool doesnt have chlorine.

  • Yes it's a pool, the water in there has been crystal clear from the very beginning, the image doesn't make justice because the quality depends on bright light and the camera is underwater inside a betta tank...

  • nice pbass

  • Thanks for the comments! As LAfishie said, rare and special fish on my area are hard to get, however those are some good and nice species, but I believe they get to big for me,or to hard to get.

  • chiclids are boring you should keep rare fish and special, like knifefish and the gnatomus (or something like that) spiecies or fresh water murae

  • Knifefish??? yeah real rare, you can buy them at any walmart for 5 bucks um yeah thats rare!!!

  • Maybe it's too overcrowded?

  • Yes indeed, I found that out when the water temperature hit over 84 degrees Fahrenheit...

  • nice assortment of fish. I have owned a few of the spicies myself and yours all look good and healthy... good eaters too. lol

  • I love it! Thanks for sharing, great fish you got there!

  • Nice Jaguar Cichlids. Those things are beastly and very pretty. And nice choice of music BTW. Manson FTW!!!!!

  • you should go swimming in there

  • can you tell me what fish go well with jack dempsey cichlid

  • Thanks for the compliments guys! about the jack dempseys, I've only kept 3 and still do.Two females and a male, given proper space they are timid and mellow and wont mess with bigger or much smaller sized fish. They seem to go at it with the firemouths( specially only fighting display)It all depends on the fish individual personality and tank size, non-compatible fish wont mix even in larger setups.

  • that peacock bass is spectacular (I've kept Arrowanas going on four years now so I can appreciate fish themed carnage).

  • Nice cichlids. Midas cichlid,Oscar cichlid,Jaguar cichlid

  • wow great tank lots of different species

    how big is that tank

  • About 8'-9'in diameter and 1'.5 deep,Thanks!

  • LOL. The peacock bass was all over the place. And what kind was that anyways? Orino, intermedia?

  • It is a four bar cichla monoculus from the Puerto Rican waters. They are originated from Panama.

  • Well, Mojo's pond is a great cichlids community.Mojo's is made of plywood I believe, I want mine of concrete.Let see if I can finish it by this summer because I'm too busy at the moment. Thanks for the compliments!

  • i love severums they have such a stupid look to them

  • beautiful

  • Aquamojo seems to have a very nice pond/tank. Are you planning to build one like that?

  • Is that red terror a male or female?

  • I've never own a red terror before, the question is with which one you confused it to tell you what species it is the one you looking for.

  • Whatever that cichlid is with a spot on its tail.

  • The red snook or the peacock bass perhaps?
