I think they did a phenomenal job with the fill-in at 3:08 . . . that is a tough part for any group to nail.

I think the drummer did an excellent job of reading Portnoy's rhythms, though he brought his own varieties to the table - something that separates the good drummers from the great drummers.

Lets give this guy a round of applause - for being a drummer myself, I know this song is quite difficult.

So far we're playing The Spirit Carries On and Liffting Shadows Off a Dream and in the middle of learning About to Crash - Unfortunately there aren't any male singers at our school able to sing Dream Theater, so we've got a female one.

I know portnoy's set, and is obvious that is imposible to make an exact drum cover but hes not doing right the beat. In the intro he uses the ride and the hi hat. And the bass drum beat is not like that.
