But I just continued the hcg diet the next day like normal and started loosing weight again just a lil more slowly. I weighted my self today and I'm back at loosing about 2 pounds a day. So yeah keep at it don't give up

Question: Is there any reason why you should be feeling hunger while on the drops? I've been having these strange 'phantom' hunger pains that makes me feel like I am semi hungry? I'm not sure how to explain it.

if u look on the back of most packgd food, there is some sort of sugar/sugr derivative in it. Its a cheap product to add in, + it makes u eat much more of it or crave it.
I have a hard time finding chickn stock w/out sugr/honey etc, or some other crap in it. When I find all natural, I have to stock up bc I cant always find it again. Who would have thought there would be sugar in chicken stock? Im so mad! We need to unite as a country & tell manuf. to stop doing that!!!
I am on Phase 1 and on my 6th day and I was wondering about the soup. I have chicken broth (no fat or sugar) and few tomatoes, onion, cilantro and a chicken breast . I don't know how many calories that is. Any help on that?
