  • I have a Bruno turny seat installed on a GMC 2500 diesel pickup. Great product...however, a couple tips. 1st, don't let the controller or the connections get wet. The system will not work if the (phone jack connector) gets wet. Second, keep the chain clean and the area clear of clutter. Hey Bruno, call me and lets sit down and improve the design of this great product !! You need to seal some of the connections better than they are. Heat shrink tubbing works great !

  • Bruno is not that bad, the problem is with the dealers, they are the ones that need to have good customer services, because bruno does not deal with the client the dealer does, any problems with the equipment, go talk to your bruno dealer.

  • I have a seat just like this and Ive had nothing but problems with it, mine goes up and then doesnt swivel in like it is suppose to. Ive had Bruno look at it over 10 times and have wasted over $1000 in gas and still isnt fixed, left me stranded in the snow and in the summer heat! I wouldn't recommend Bruno equipment to ANYONE terrible customer service they just care about getting your money and thats it. anyone can contact me with more information.

  • I am a bruno dealer and I was at bruno for training last week, the products are great, I have installed about six of these and have not had anyone come back. Their newest "lift up seat" is actually designed and manufactured by Toyota and is extremely reliable and very high tech. You need to find a good dealer.
