  • Bridged instruments like these can pretty much be tuned according to the player/composer. I'm sure there are "traditional" tunings etc., but it seems contemporary artists like to deliberately veer away from everything "traditional" in lieu of something "new."

  • the bridges aren't really supposed to be arranged like this... but pretty nicely played !! =)

    the lower notes would sound much nicer if the bridges more spreaded to the left though..

    perhaps there is a reason why she arrange the bridges that way ?

  • there's many kinds, i think!

  • there is usually a standard way to arrange your bridges on every guzheng to make sure the texture/sound produced by each string is optimised.
