i found this totally by accident, about 2 years ago. should have been a gold record easy -- way better than Sold My Heart to the Junkman, though that was great also -- surely better that anything in today's pop "music" market. thanks for posting
Can someone define "Popcorn soul" for me? ive collected records for 40 years and it seems to have "popped" from nowhere. Unless I'm just missing terms.
A #38 Billboard pop chart hit in 1961 for this group from Chicago. This was the group that did the recording of "I Sold My Heart To The Junkman", the one that got credited to The Bluebelles
