How does giving notionally leftist values equal footing with conservative values in schools amount to "dumbing down"?
What about schools being forced to teach creationism, surely that is the most flagrant "dumbing down" imaginable?

So crafty. They rule by bullying, indoctrination and fear.
They do not want children to be truly educated. They want our children to be forcefed with what they want them to learn.
They pretend to care about children, with their "every child matters" but they are like wolves amongst the sheep.
I was going to be a teacher, but I could not understand why the school system did not seem to work for the best interests of the children.
