This is an old program. You can't account for the anomolous weather conditions he's describing to a defunct Soviet Union. Col. Bearden is definitely a gadfly, but he's a fly trapped in the ointment of anti-communist, cold war, paranoia & propaganda. If you can believe what Bearden is saying, then you have to believe in what Al Bielek & Preston Nichols have been saying about the U.S. black op projects, like the Montauk Project, which have had scalar wave technology since the early 1940's.
