  • these arent the beatles singing

  • it is abbey road my grandma lives like a block away and its obviously changed since the 60s

  • i love natasha richardson <3

  • this part ties in so well with the song, it makes me appreciate my mom so much, and it makes me so warm hearted, i want to cry, but like a good cry you know?

  • The Beatles - Here comes the sun

  • Natasha Richardson was and always will be great. This is the Lindsey Lohan I like the best. She was pretty, and very professional here. This was and still is in my opinion her greatest movie she ever starred in. I also like how they put her in a light colored suit, very nice.

  • THERS NOT A GIRL IN THE BEATLES

  • is that the reall abby road? cause on the beatles album cover the streat lines arent zig zag like they are in the movie...but odley enough everything else looks exactley the same (the cars)

  • @collierguitar Yeah it is the real Abbey Road. They have built things there since 1969...lol. And they have added the zig zags to the road.

  • GOD i hate it when someone else sings a Beatles song!

  • @Ryanpredalien yup, i hate it too, i love the originals!!!

  • @Ryanpredalien

it's an okay cover, nothing beats george, but it#s acceptable.

  • i wanna download this album again in downloadmusic .im

  • Here comes the Sun Sung by someone who was brought up a few blocks from where I live,Cat Stevens also known as Yuisif Islam.Santana has played and recorded a song called "Changes" back in 1981.

  • I just got that abbey road part recently

  • @rainbowgirl678 me too!! lol

  • I've seen this movie and a million times and I just got the Abbey Road thing.

  • I was already nostalgic about watching this movie because it reminds me of when I was little and I used to watch this movie all the time. But now it's more sad because the actress who played the mom died. :( No offense to my mom but at the time I wanted this woman to be my mother. She was so nice and pretty. So many memories in this movie. I heard this song even before I knew who the Beatles even were. In fact I heard and loved alot of their songs before I even knew how great they were.

  • @junegrl13 Well, for me, I first heard of the Beatles and the term "Beatlemania" before I'd heard any of their songs... I think I was 9 when I first heard of them... I'm 15 now.

They were the first band I've ever heard of.

So, yeah... saying that they're "pretty popular" would be an understatement...

  • @MachiLikesRed wow same here and every time I hear that song I associate it with this movie because this was where I first heard it.

  • no i wanted it to go on to the part where they're doing the photo shoot as well!

  • jeje abey road

    amo a los beatles

  • as you can see this version of abbey road was the one the beatles walked on not the new one today

  • DISNEY, YOU SHOULD HAVE USED THE REAL BEATLES SONG!!!!

  • I never really knew that scene in the Abbey Rode was where the Beatles stood before. I always saw a picture of the Beatles on that rode wondering why it was so familiar. Haha, now I know why because I saw it from Parent trap =)

  • Was this the beatles singing here comes the sun on this, because it doesn't sound like beatles at all.

  • @RobandHeather94 no its a cover..

  • the cars are in the same posision!

  • i like the song in this video

    sart in 0:25

    is it Abbey Road

cause i look for it and i haven't found it yet

  • Does Disney have a reason not to use the real Beatles' song???

  • @cha2kat12

The producers said it was because the rights were too expensive.

  • GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't know this was THE Abbey Road. . .they were so lucky because the Beatles had footprints there. . .

  • do you think she had a fire crotch back then?

  • Wow i wonder what happened to that little girl....i wonder what went wrong....

  • Hahaha wow I feel major stupid. Out of the billions of times Ive watched this I never noticed the part where the cross is the cover. But then again it's not like the beatles were in my generation.

  • they just took the cover and prob just have them walk on a green screen cause its the same from the cover

  • With the inclusion of the zig zag lines at the famous Abbey Road crossing, it looks very different than when the famous cover photo of the Beatles was taken.

  • Little Darling It's Been A Long Cold Lonely Winter <3

  • Oh, what a beautiful song. This scene is my favorite. Here comes the sun wroted by George Harrison more than 40 years ago. It is a pity, Natasha passed away.

  • ohw I always thought there ws something wrong with my tape. but hey I was 8 and stupid what did I know?

  • i love this song so much!THE BEATLES ROCK!

  • que bella parte

    y hermosa cancion

    juego de gemelas & beaTLes

    que dulce conbinacion!

  • i would have definitely boinked lindsay lohan in this movie

  • this part is brilliant

  • omgg i never noticed this!!! thats amazing hahaa

  • LMW 28 IF

  • <(") someone else is singing it!!! and the many times i've watched it i've never noticed the song.

  • the beatles originally wrote it but bob khaleel is singing this version!

  • G. Harrison song, wrote and sang. Talentless along with Ringo some say - but just superstars oveshadowed by megasuperstars.

  • Even the Volkswagen, Police Car, the car driving down the street and the man next to the police car and the group of people on the left are there. Phenomenal recreation!

  • why are there swiggly lines it killed it!

  • it's Japanese translation..duh..

  • My sister used to watch this movie ALL the time. I never understood why it froze when they were crossing the road (I didn't know of the Beatles then). Lol.

  • Oh my god me too! I'd be like, is there something wrong with the movie?! I was so oblivious.

  • I will always remember this song from this movie

  • the first time i heard a beatles song was in this movie, i was 6 yrs old. my fav. movie and song!

  • And it's not even The Beatles singing this :/

  • haha! i know. atleast it introduced me to their music...

  • yea it is

  • False.

Listen to that- it's their music and their song, but that's not them.

    It's actually Bob Khaleel.

    NOT The Beatles :)

  • Damn you George Harrison, writing awesome songs and what not.

  • haha yea haha

  • R.I.P. Natasha!!!

  • WOOAAHH! I've seen the parent trap so many times and I didn't notice that the whole time!!! I have bad eyesight not to see Abbey Road! XD

  • This used to be my very favorite movie as a kid! I love it. I miss the good old Lindsay Lohan days! :(

  • what's the song? not "here comes the sun", it isn't.,I want to know what is the song of the scene when hallie an her mom stay in Elizabeth James Store?,,,please help me i need to know!!!

  • "Never Let You Go" by Jakaranda. You may have a hard time finding that version but you can get the actual soundtrack - it's on there.

  • hey!! thank you so much, take care...catalinaVR

  • So sad she died...Natasha, you were GGGRRRRR-EAT! i hope you'll love the afterworld.

  • R.I.P Natasha Richardson, we'll always remember you...

I loved The Parent Trap, is one of my favorite movies and Lindsay is so sweet in this video =)

  • @Vic9209 how did she die?

  • @TheAchillles She fell in the ice and died

  • @IanEduardoMeneses Well, she went skiing, fell and was later declared braindead, wasn't it? So there wasn't really anything they could do except for unplugging her..

  • rest in peace natasha richardson. great to theatre, film, and stage. we love you and your amazing acting ability. loved you in cabaret..i'll someday do a tribute to you. <3

  • I love this song and this movie!!!

  • This is my one of my favorite scenes!

I can watch it over and over again! I love you Natasha! You will be missed, I cry every time I see you on the Parent Trap, it is one of my favorite movies! You will be missed! May you Rest in Peace! I love you!

  • Natasha! ;(

    Rest in Peace

  • Will always love this movie, will always love you Natasha

  • How sad that Natasha Richardson is gone now. I liked this movie as a kid. She was a great actress. RIP.

  • can't even watch this without getting upset now! r.i.p x

  • Rest in Peace Natasha :(

  • R.I.P. Natasha....i can't believe you died, will be praying for your family!

  • omg..I can't believe the mom in this movie died....so sad

  • I'm going to cry when I watch this now. May you rest in piece Natasha.

  • When I heard Here Comes the Sun a few months ago, it rang a bell. Now I know why it was so familiar!

But why didn't they use the Beatles version?! This one doesn't sound as good. =(

  • The work between Lindsay and Natasha is beautiful throughout the movie, they get the melancholy of it just right... I hope the unfolding tragedy will wake Lindsay up enough to get straightened out because life is short and precious..She really liked Natasha..

  • i luv!!! this film!!!

sta kncion la eh buskado por años!!!

ds la primera vz k vi la pelikula!!!!

    gracias!!!!!!

  • Im doing a report on the beatles or the fab four and i learned soooo much about them they were awesome. This is my favorite song so far.

  • My favorite beatles song too. I didn't know this was a cover.

  • probably my all time favorite movie

  • i think that was dubbed in video because i see the white car up the street jump a few inches.

  • its funny what annie wears

  • gotta' be the beetles

  • i love this movie!!

  • holy sh** this is still my favorite movie EVER.

  • this is one of my favourite songs and my fave part of this film

  • rofl they were walking like The Beatles were on the Abbey Road cover! XD

  • Bob Khaleel - Here Comes The Sun he covers the song...

  • Who covers the song here?

  • oh no...

    its the BEATLES dude

  • No, this song is a cover XD It doesn't even sound like them...

  • Oh NO! This aren't The Beatles! It's not Georges voice! Defintily!

  • yes the original are fomr the beatles but this is a cover!!!!! take care bro

  • they should have used the original version of Here Comes The Sun.

  • I KNOW!

  • @liina000 Impossible, it's Disney. And if you notice it's the same exact song, just with a different singer.

  • @RevolverRicoche i do notice in fact, lol.

  • @liina000 damn copyright

  • @liina000 Yeah but I like this version too. It comes pretty close to the Beatles version. The first time I heard this song actually was when I saw this movie and I immediately fell in love with the song. But I agree, you just can't beat the original! Long live the Beatles!

  • yeah! why your videos have subtitles in chinese or japanese?

    and by the way

that song calls "Here comes the sun" and the original it's by The Beatles, and it sounds better than with Abbey Road or whoever sings it

  • love this movie. and i didn't even realize they were walking on abbey road.

  • do doo dooo doo lmao i love thizz song itss so cute and thiz movie is mii all time fave movie!!!!

  • wow its incredible

  • the song fits in =]] here COMES THE SUN x]

  • why the hell is it in chinies subtitles????but i love love love love the movie, its classy

  • Japanese, not Chinese. The writing systems are very distinct, and it's easy to tell them apart at a glance. Japanese uses a mix of Chinese characters and a native alphabet.

  • i love this song !!! <3

  • haha yeah, i never knew why they paused the film in the street like that. Cool idea lol.

  • my fave movie ever!! my fave band ever!

  • i love this movie too. beatles are amazing

  • when I was younger, I'd always wonder why the video paused for a second while they crossed that street....

  • this cover sucksss..

sorry but i'm a hardcore beatles fan, and this just isnt the same.

but great movie thought : )!

and it plays do you believe in magic, which i love.

  • its too bad this cover its more better my cover jajaja

  • is one of the best movies that i saw!!!

  • the reason the original isnt in here, is because the bastard pedifile michael jackson owns the rights to all the beatles songs.

thats the reason films like i am sam or across the universe only use covers =/

  • is this true? is "skullfacexx" talking substance or sh*t

  • skullfacexx has it backwards. EMI owns the Beatles' actual recordings. MJ/Sony own the publishing rights, which allows other people to sing the songs.

I don't know of many uses of actual Beatles recordings in movies/commercials; it tends to be covers. EMI keeps a tight hold on that catalog. So when you hear Beatles covers in commercials and movies, it's because Sony/ATV have given permission.

  • First it hears ''here comes the sun'' it's too bad the beatles original version was not in this movie...and the abbey road photo is similar at 90% almost the original. It's good.

  • The instrumental sounded just the same. The singing was gay though

  • She actually gets away with wearing that suit..

  • "I Want You (She's So Heavy)" is a 13 word 7 minute 44 second song about Yoko. Look I love the song and I love the use of it in Across The Universe.

Paul McCartney doesn't get pissed about the use of all of his songs in commercials only some.

I'm pretty sure that since that greedy ex-wife of his didn't get anything(Thank God) hes pretty happy.

Lastly the fact that thier music is being used so frequently and exstensively is Reconization. When they make an entire movie based on your songs

  • when Lindsay was still a human being

  • aactully its called here comes the sun by the beatles so suck on that!

  • i love this song! its so catchy!

  • This is like my favorate movie ever!

  • for those who know the movie pretty much by heart, whats the song playing in the next scene of this one....DURING THE PHOTOSHOOT???

  • I don't know but I am looking for the title.

  • Ok, well if u ever find it PLEASE let me know. Thanks!

  • It's Never Let You Go by Jakaranda

  • THANKS!!!

  • what??? ARE YOU INSANE?????

here comes the sun isthe best song of the beatles, one of the best bands... ever!

  • They don't exploit it (especially Across the Universe) They appreciate and honor it!

  • i'm pretty shure "I Want You (She's So Heavy)", a song about pure passion, getting ruined by becoming a Vietnam-Recruting song, says enough!

Paul McCartney has always been pissed off to see his work being put on commercials, BUT THIS!

give the man a break and let him have a happy rest of his live!

Do you call putting their music without giving any credit to them or giving them any money or reconization "honoring"?

  • um i don't want to be rude or anything but how do you know how paul feels about his work being put on commercials?

  • need i spell it out for you?

i always am talking about that! just do some research and you'll find many boycotts and petitions to stop the exploition!

  • jeez..someone is in a pissy mood. thanks for "spelling it out".

  • cool

  • (CONTINUED) I would call that Recognition and Honoring. Also I'm sure that they've retained at least some royalties from the use of thier work in such media and even if they haven't its not the end of the world they have a lot of money (not to say that they shouldn't get more) but I'm just trying to make a point here.

  • I don't want to agrue any longer, i made my valid point. It pisses Paul off and it's stealing! It may have been his fault since many bands back then didn't own rights to their work. So now pricks in a big corporation own the rights to it all.

No, they maintain no royalties! Sony gets all of the money, credit, and rights to the music.

I still disagree, you fail to understand that that is stealing.

  • it sucks that linsey lohan is literally throwing away her life she is a great actress

    come back lindsey!!

    my little sister misses you

  • I loved this movie. It was so good, I must have seen it about 400 times.

  • Hate that movie but like that part

  • my favorite part!love it

  • george sings it wayy better!!

  • Definately.

  • I LOVE this part in The Parent Trap. I used to always do that thing Lindsay does at :43 with the crystal lamp. But more "importantly"- why didn't they use The Beatles Here Comes the Sun? George's voice is much better, especially for that song. Love The Beatles!!!

  • You're right. Beatles do sound better. The Beatles are my favorite old band. I don't know if you know but the street that Hallie and Elizabeth cross is the cover of one of the Beatles albums, except instead of Hallie and Elizabeth it's the Beatles. Beatles Rock!!

  • Yep its Abbey Road

  • I think it's very expensive and difficult to get rights to use original Beatles' recordings.

  • yeh

  • Woah I just noticed that

  • Whos singing Here Comes The Sun in this video. Its not George for sure.

  • I wish you'd add a video with the part that comes after this... where the song "Never Let You Go" plays while they do a photo shoot in the dress shop. It's so cute. :)

  • omg i love love love this movie! I've seen it a bazillion times! totally awesum! This is my faveorite part 2! thanx 4 uploading it!

  • it's Here Comes the Sun by The Beatles

  • Oh i love this movie ^^

Do you know who sing th song at 00:22 ...

    =/ I looove this song ^^

Give me an answer please !

  • The song is "Here Comes the Sun," written by the Beatles but this is a differant singer.
