ive got a regular tv its not hd. i have the regular componet cables 1 red 1 white 1 yellow. can i get the av cables with the optical port in the back and only use the 1 red 1 white and 1 yellow on the cables and not worry about the green red and blue?

@RetardedCook13s I don't personally have a headset, but I don't think the HD cables have any influence on the setup, because even the component cables use the regular yellow and red rca audio cables.
