  • my gym instructor told me that if you want to build mass you have to increase the weight but decrease the reps in each set, for example in bech press i do 12 reps with 30 lbs, 10 reps with 40 lbs, 8 reps with 50 lbs and 6 reps with 60 lbs and im starting to note that im gaining some mass

  • 1st exercise isint right. He is doing hes arms straight upwards but if you keep your arms not straight you will keep the pressure on your arms and make more MUSCLE.

  • Note! When doing bench pres Always USE A THUMBLESS GRIP! It isolates your pecs so you won't use your triceps as much.

  • Nice video for workout in leaning muscle for the chest, but it may not help you achieve the look you always wanted to be. I do know a link that would certainly you give the best workout plans and diet which will help you strategically add muscle and loose fats thus it would give you the lean muscular looks just like Hollywood hunks.   • You look good, but your development is uneven. This chest workout makes no sense to me. You have four exercises that are variations of the same movement, basically pushing against resistance straight out from the chest. I would change angles, such as doing inclines or declines, and throw in some isolation movements such as flyes. This would give your chest more complete development.

  • Your breasts would definetly be looking nicer if you rested. Later on your body will collapse because of this workout. Your muscles are probably in really bad shape. Dunno but if they hurt it is because they are only swollen. You should rest between reps to let the muscles recieve new oxygen. Then they will be better trained. they wont swoll up as fast but the end result will be looking more healthier and nice. After too much of this your body will fail. Maybe several years to recover or never.
