The quality is awful, the players aren't the same (you can create mccown and poole) and probably the two biggest problems are

1. YOU'RE PLAYING IN MINNESOTA. THE ACTUAL GAME WAS IN ARIZONA

2. YOU'RE USING MATT FUCKING LEINART. NOBODY FUCKING GIVES A SHIT ABOUT MATT FUCKING LEINART
