The boy holding the camera was screaming louder than anyone else the entire time yet he was the one who wasn't doing ANYTHING. The aliens probably could have abducted the mom just by offering her wine. What a lush.

Basically the theme in each one is the same only things happen differently but with the same scenario. Why there are so many different variations of this is anybodies guess.

I can't believe I actually found this video. When I was like 12 I was at my house alone because everyone had gone out, so I stayed up watching t.v. and on channel 13(UPN) they started playing this "documentary". But I sat there in the dark watching this whole show, and at the end when the "Aliens" appear on the tape, it freaked me out like hell... good times.
it is a remake of the original incident, the F.B.I. wanted the video because they wanted it to keep it in warps and not let the world knew there could be aliens.
This was really well done! It was all about psychological horror though we did see some aliens and weird things now and then. I'm guessing the piano music was copyrighted because I couldn't hear it--maybe it was just in another channel. This is pretty much how a regular family would fall apart under this sort of attack. I missed it when it was on UPN but I looked for it because I'm watching a show from 98 and I saw the commercial. Thanks for posting this!

I have to say that I admire all movies, some are good some bad, this could have been better, its more boring than scary, the idea about the abduction is good but there are too many mistakes and the action makes you wanna sleep. the idea with ghosts and paranormal events is more exiting and scary, its a shame because this movie could have been better, but thumbs up for trying. I've seen worse movies, like super8, the point is: "aliens in black track suits"? come on !!

This was really well done! It was all about psychological horror though we did see some aliens and weird things now and then. I'm guessing the piano music was copyrighted because I couldn't hear it--maybe it was just in another channel. This is pretty much how a regular family would fall apart under this sort of attack. I missed it when it was on UPN but I looked for it because I'm watching a show from 98 and I saw the commercial. Thanks for posting this!

some of you out there really did pay attention while watching this. respect for you all. the rest can just forget about alines, they don't exist and this is not real, even if its a remake. there are many points of view about this: there are women: scream, panic, chaos-makers, etc, there are men [who seen "it"] out of control, panic-starters, men [who hasn't seen "it"] useless!!!! & a child [possessed?] calm and calming to everyone. what would "really" happen to us in a situation like that?

Forget that this is a re-enactment. Forget that the topic is "Alien abduction". Think of it as a "psychological experiment". You have the unknown, and a family plus one outsiders reaction to it - Who is the calmest throughout the entire "exercise"? Who panicked first? Who wanted to reply with violence? How were each member taken down or neutralized by the "threat"? (whatever that is)

I have to say that I admire all movies, some are good some bad, this could have been better, its more boring than scary, the idea about the abduction is good but there are too many mistakes and the action makes you wanna sleep. the idea with ghosts and paranormal events is more exiting and scary, its a shame because this movie could have been better, but thumbs up for trying. I've seen worse movies, like super8, the point is: "aliens in black track suits"? come on !!
