  • @0o0Crayons0o0 because t Rex was in Montana in north America dumbshit and spinosaurus was in Africa

  • the comment below me has brought up a very good point...

  • if the spinosaurus is waaaaay bigger, how was the trex king of the dinosaur world

  • Scientists usually say, Spinosaurus is the perfect predator. Well, i wonder if it's true.

  • @Weigazod Really? I have heard the opposite I heard that it had a diet of mostly fish and then was routinely killed off by smaller pack predators.

Also If it gets tripped once it falls over and breaks its back and dies.

  • @HolyOrderRagna Well, they say, it has strong arms with giant claws that will tear anything from dinosaur skin to supercroc armor. They also strong enough to support the Spinosaurus when it's losing the balance. The spine in its back was used to keep its balance and help controlling the body temperature, it's not easy to make a spinosaurus fall.

The gigantic body make no predator dare to engage it.

  • @Weigazod Your basing your info off of Monsters Resurrected. I hope you realize that show was cancelled due to it being inaccurate. I mean, Spino's arms were quite strong, but they couldn't go through Sarcosuchus' armor plating on its back. Secondly, Sarco is considered SuperCroc cuz it hunted dinos, Spino did little to no hunting on dinos. It primarily ate medium to large fish.

  • @MrTobyCure I agree but crocodile's jaw is designed for eating fish. Maybe Sarcosuchus was bored and decided for a change. :))

Finally, i didn't base on Monsters Resurrected because i know it was perfect predator long before the show. However, i didn't believe it much but i can say to you one thing. Smaller predator did not attack bigger predator alone.

  • @Weigazod Oh yeah! I don't think predators like Deltadromeus and others wouldn't attack Spino unless provoked or if they were tending young. Only then I can see smaller adult predators attacking Spino. Though, Spino is enormous, I don't think its sheer size and arm strength could puncture through Sarco's armor-plated back. I would think the exact opposite would happen since Sarco seems to be the top predator.

  • @Weigazod None the less, Spino wasn't perfect. It had flaws to it that all dinos will always have. Though we all have opinions, no dino was perfect. That was why if they all die and new dinos replace them.

I have a great interest to Dinosaurs, but I know the difference between what's fiction and what is reality. Like JP3...That depiction made was inaccurate...Very...

  • @MrTobyCure but it still was entaining to watch

  • @A3IOWN3DU It isn't entertaining if it is inaccurate. It changes perspectives of children and makes them think that these false animations are correct. I don't believe it was anywhere enjoyable in my opinion. But none the less, its your opinion.

  • @Weigazod Secondly, there is a bite mark on Spino's sail that determines it was attacked by a predator, which is Carcharo. It didn't survive either, since there were no healed marks on the sail bone found.

Size is great to deter most, but sometimes it fails. Just look at Sauropods when they get old. The sauropod killers see an old one even though its huge, but still go after it and kill it even if it is huge. Your theory is disapproved.

  • @MrTobyCure Carcharo hunt in group my friend.

  • @Weigazod Spino was great, but its hard for it hunt big dinos since its completely adapted to aquatic environment.

  • How can Spinosaurus not have dinosaur celebrity status? It was the star of Jurassic Park III and the one to kill T-Rex. When I saw that movie, I immediately knew that this was going to make Spinosaurus big.

  • i saw pic of video thought to my self this shit must be gooooood

  • each and every dinosaur bbc besides "walking with dinosaurs" from 1999 is crap since they are all low budget productions with boring and unrealistic animations

  • This is just stupid

  • mình thích trang này rồi

  • spino could so not pick rugops with just its jaw because rugops was 30 feet and spinos mouth was only 8 feet dude.

  • @lrexpower The largest spino's skull ever found is only about 6 ft, not 8 ft.

  • @AllosaurusFragilis1 dude i herd that it was 8 feet but i forgot were i learnd it but i garintee it said it was 8 feet.

  • I love how documentaries open with one word. "Africa."

If i made a documentary it would be something like this:

"Banana Pickle. The spinosaurus was the king of all dinosaurs....." etc

  • yay! SPINOSAUR ROCKS!!!!

  • this is brilliantly stupid (if that makes any sense)

  • Somebody ought to make this on spore!

  • This is a shit version of what David Attenborough did!

  • This is obviously the worst episode of this show. First of all Spinosaurus could not pick up a Rugops in its jaws and it would lose in a fight with Carcharodontosaurus. Spinosaurus had a weak bite designed to tackled small creatures.

The Monsters Resurrected episode with Acrocanthosaurus is way better than this one

  • Spinosaurus is cool. But still, the crown belongs to the T-Rex.

  • This is a EPIC!!!

  • @ColdSideOfPillow136 where the hell did you get that idea?

No dinosaur had a skull 30ft in length.

Spinosaurus had a skull just over 6ft in length or just slightly bigger than Tyrannosaurus Rex

If a dinosaur had a 30ft skull, they probably wouldnt be able to stand up at all

  • @miniman9585 they were talking about the rugops size

  • @miniman9585 Im saying that the show depicts the spinosaurus' head bigger than the supposedly 30 foot long rugops. . .

  • @olicoboy there is no evidence that Spinosaurus could swim. That's just hollywood and someone who isnt Steven Spielberg making shit up.

Also probably like its UK cousin Baryonyx Spinosaurus used its claws to grab fish giving its prey no chance of escape.

  • @miniman9585 There's no evidence it couldn't swim, either. There's very few animals on this planet that can't swim, and no reptiles that can't. I think it's pretty likely most dinosaurs could swim.

  • Spinosaurus was my idol to begin with.

  • Spinosaurus. The weirdest dinosaur you've never heard of...until Jurassic Park 3.

  • I hope the dinosaurs could live again at this time :D

  • Boy am I glad those dinosaurs are al in the past.! O.o

  • Carcharodontosaurus would whoop Spinosaurus's ass every fucken day

  • @CryolophoFan2010 heck no! spinosaurus was the biggest carnivore, bigger than gignotosaurus(how ever you spell it) and carcharodontosaurus and t-rex

  • @TheBlade5064 well that doesn't mean would win, ya he was the biggest, but is still weaker than Trex, Giganotosaurus, and Carcharadontosaurus

  • go spino whats with the cow commercial lol

  • Comment removed

  • so spinosaurus' head is over 30 feet long? LOL

  • @ColdSideOfPillow136 LOL hahahaha

  • @ColdSideOfPillow136 So this Spinosaurus was about 250-300 ft in length. In real life Spino can reach 55 ft long and its skull is 6 ft long. The animators must be blind or dumb.

  • @7TyrannosaurusAlx if spino was 250-300 ft long, that would make it the world's largest creature. even more than 100 ft longer than the actual largest dinosaur, Argentinosaurus

  • Biggest Fake / Fail ever.

  • The Spinsaurus Egypticus is more of an Aligator water type creatrure, the mobility on land is predicted to be slower than in water, he/she would dominate the Rivers, lakes and whater ever massive body of water could hold it: Notice the Spine, helped it manuver quickly in waters, where on land it's own mass on two legs would hurt its posture, that's why the arms are bigger, on land it was more of a four legged creature. Not to wal, but to sustain frontal balance.

  • *ahem* DAMN NATURE, YOO SCARY. it had to be done XD

  • SPINOSAURUS WAS NOT THAT BIG they made him look like he was 50ft tall he was only 26fttall at highest height this is stupid. spinosaurus wasnt even much of a meateater. Gigantosaurus and t-rex wer giant meating dinosaurs

  • 1:12 BOOM!!!!

  • what move is this?

  • @TriceratonKing MONSTERS RESURRECTED IN 2009!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 0:41 yeah Planet Dinosaur, your're full of lies saying that it's a scavenger... hang on, what am I even saying? That show has way more epic research and facts than this!

  • fuck ads i wanna watch my video

  • well adapted? it can't do a barrel roll, that's a fatal design flaw. if some dino was lucky enough to make that happen to it, it'd be dead :(

  • @MrEugenexYew Every dinosaur had it's flaws (it's just the other dinosaurs most of the time never knew about those flaws). For instance, T Rex had an extremely large bite force because it used the weight of its head to crush as well as break its prey, bone, muscle and all. The problem: its neck. While its head was very heavy, its neck was not very strong. It was used for support to lift its head rather than armor.

  • Spino was an all around dinosaur fishing and hunting but wasnt fast enough for small animals once large prey went scarce and water levels shrunken thus the god of dinos went away. sniffs... sniffs crys!!!

  • @dkgoon93 I share in ur pain! Lol, But, the Spino is/was an outstanding dinosaur! Personally, I prefer it to the grossly overrated T-Rex! Spino really is worthy of star status as the sommentator said! (Nothing against T-rex, but Spino deserves some shine too!)

  • AWESOME CGI!!!! Ok, the spino's jaw is bigger, than the real spino's jaw. But the CGI is very good. The blood, the spikes, the sceals are very cool.

Maybe it's a fictional version of spinosaurus.May be the It's name is Spinosaurus robustus, or Spinosaurus terminatorimimus.

    THIS IS THE TERMINATOR SPINO!!!!!!!

Size:37 meters long, 15-18 meters tall, and it weighs 27t.

  • This killer dino series was awesome.

    -PREHISTORIC CHANNEL

  • sorry.

  • okay, to you spino-Trex people, let's compare. lets say spinosaurus was a gavial. Huge and definetely ferocious, but it was adapted to eat fish and small animals. now imagine a t-rex as an alligator. totally smaller than a gavial, but it was adapted to catch larger prey like deer. so even though spino was bigger, trex was more adapted for killing.

and recall in Jurassic Park 3 that the dinosaur's genes were mixed with frog DNA, so the spinosaurus in the film could've been positively mutated.

  • @NPC1921 spino did not have a gharial mouth. a gharial has a mouth 1/3 of its size. spino had also a thicker jaws and teeth. go to wikipedia and see real skull held by the scientist. the tooth is HUGE

  • @NPC1921 Spino had arms, too. did you forget 6 foot arms?

  • well if you think t-rex and Spinosaurus are the same t-rex and a strong shot in the jaw but the Spinosaurus and agile and has a strong jaw 130Kn almost like t - rex

  • @MUAIYAD Your completely wrong on your info kid. I love all dinos but that info you gave out is bullshit. Spino's skull structure didn't give anywhere close to being resilient to forces. Spino couldn't even hunt sauropods unless it was a youngling.

  • @MUAIYAD Spino's jaw structure consisted of it being completely designed for it be a fishing predator. Though, it may have scavenged off dead animals when the waters receded, it was still not completely designed to fight against Sauropods like Paralititan.

  • SPINOSAURUS IS AWSOME! I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND WHY T REX FANS ALWAYS SAY THAT HES THE BEST (theres still huge sauropods, giganotosaurus, and ankylosaurs to take him down) THEY SHOULD JUST SHUT UP AND ENJOY ALL DINOSAURS AND THEIR ABILITYS

  • lolz, seen this with colypso music XD

  • i can't believe people are saying that spino was a weak dinossaur and t-rex will destroy it in a fight i mean can you people shut up!!! there both beuties and all the info we have comes from there bones and spino wasn't dug out with a complete fossil like t-rex these dinosaurs are still a mystery.

  • wrong ... Spinosaurus size was never big enough to grab a tyrannosaurus like a big dog with a small cat.... so bad

  • @illuminatosteven That thing was not a T-rex, probably a juvenile Carcaradontosaurus, and you say that as if we knew anything about Spinosaurus, but only one fossil was ever found and it got destroyed by Allied bombs in WWII so for all we know, some might have been even bigger than that fossil.

  • @jonasgrant clearly says in the video t rex ,now might have some reason .. but to say it was bigger only because we know a few bones its exagerated because I can determine the average size of the animal to know the family it belongs ... there are 2 species found today spinosuarus look for info if you want in the web

  • @illuminatosteven Actually, I listened again and the thing is a Rugop, they had the proportions, size of the arms and behavior wrong on that one. Or on every other dinosaur in that show, for that matter, but my point was just that we don't know enough about Spinosaurs to say for sure, as they were a completely different branch of Theropods.

  • @jonasgrant you right, it's a rugops but i mean that the size! the size ,rugops had 9 m the long y 30 minutes, seems a dog with a cat! does not? that´s what i mean!!!!!!exaggerated

  • @illuminatosteven totally agree, they messed up, just meant to say, we can't stat anything about dinosaurs as being incontestable fact.

  • Spino's cool but for me T Rex will always be king :-)

  • Ring Tone: Bedodadododedo dado! Bedodadododedo dado!

    Dr. Grant: Run....

  • lmfao

  • Dannmm spinosaurus is freakin' huge O.O

  • do u know what rex means it means king so that means t-rex is the king dino

  • in dogs...spino would be a greatdane and trex would be a pitbull...no match trex would win

  • spino is not strong..it isnt even in the same league as trex ....wat u say about spino are lies ..its a fish eater not some big meat eatin monster and spino arms could only move a thew degrees ...couldnt even swing them

  • spino is crap

  • spino is the biggest

  • ok lets put it like this. The Spinosaurus was like Lebron. And the Trex was like Kobe. Or the Trex was like the lion of the jungle, and the Spinosaurus was like tiger. They were both the strongest of the strongest carnivorous dinosaurs but in my opinion the Trex was better.

  • 95 hundred billion gazillion infinity years ago!!!!

    ...yeah right....

  • IMO the tyrannosaurids and spinosaurids are akin to the modern day big cats and bears.

  • 10 mins ago i was watching commentaries, now i'm watching CGI

  • spinosauro i love

  • wtf i thought that first carnivore was the t-rex xD

  • @sebbeas123 T-rex is the latest, it's why it's so evolved, pretty much the MOST evolved of all the large theropods.

  • @sebbeas123 A T-Rex isn't that small

  • @Animal00Kaiser I know i thought it was big and when the spino came in i was chocked :P

  • @sebbeas123 Hehe... when I watched this two years ago I was like OMG! MUM!!! A T-REX JUST DIED AFTER A SLAP FROM A DINO CALLED SPINO... something

  • @sebbeas123 the t-rex is more of a general dinosaur. there are many that look the same in that size range

  • Therizinosauruswould pwnd both T-rex and Spino with one slap in the face

  • ok here is the thing spino wasnt in the same time line as the trex and it only ate fish............ and also stayed near the water as it a whats the name fish like dino cant bloody get the name out

  • if you could have anyone of those dinosaurs as your pet what would it be mine would be spinosaurus

  • this show is stupid for spino it only got that size because of giant crocs and it eats fish where the crocs are ...it got that big because of defense it acts like a croc but still not as deadly as the crocs back then

  • they really exagerated the size

  • Spinosaurus isn't strong? Well try putting an extra 6 tons of sail bones on the back of a t-rex and watch it drops over in a couple of mins. T-rex probably had a stronger bite force but spino's jaws are similar to crocs and crocs have the strongest bite force of all creatures today which means spino's jaw powers are huge as well and spinos's as far as I know or have heard, can grow to about 60-70 feet. So the one in the video is way too big.

  • @TheHmongGamer the length of the jaw may be similar to crocs but croc jaws are wide and thick with bone crushing teeth whereas spinos was thin and weak with fish catching teeth.

  • @TheHmongGamer

New facts on Spino suggest it could've walked on all 4 instead of 2 legs, an it was around 50 - 55 ft long, an it's jaws were nowhere near the strength of T-Rex's. It was also a slender animal, despite around 11 tons but not built with mass like T-Rex.

T-Rex was around 9 to 10 tons latest info, 18 -20 ft high an 45 ft long. It's brain was more developed, as it's vision n sense of smell.

Spino was great at what it did, Hunt fish. T-Rex was simply the superior stronger animal

  • 1.The ground shakes when Rugops walks?

2.And they say its 30ft long?

3.And then a Spinosaurus swats it like a fly with its hand?

4.If it is 30ft long here then that makes the Spino like 80ft long?

    5.FAAAAAACKEN BOOOOOOOLSHET!!!

  • Hey spinosaurus has been not studied well so i wudnt say it was mainly a fish eater it evolved a long ways from baryonx and suchomimus those were true fishers at the end of spinos jaw is where its canines get really huge its back teeth were for support which can be used for large game. Its sail is up high and probably if its get damaged it probably wont hurt it. It just wont get a mate any time soon. or try to pass off as a really big suchomimus. it ate fish because of its ancestry.

  • I don't know why people are going on about how Spinosaurus was or wasn't the strongest carnivorous dinosaur ever to walk the Earth. It was certainly the biggest ( so far ), but T.rex definitely had the stronger jaws. Why can't we just appreciate these dinosaurs for their own awesomness? Spinosaurus is a gorgeous dinosaur, he doesn't need to be the strongest for that. ♥

  • @NightwakeVirus i would if the ppl that made jurassic park 3 right , part 3 was made by a hole different team and steven spilberg how ever you spell it didnt make that movie thats why his doing the last one, alot of ppl were miss leaded by that film, im only stating not saying this for a debt - and it wasnt a dino killer

  • They base this on the anatomical similarity with crocodilians and the presence of digestive acid-etched fish scales in the rib cage of the type specimen.Large fish are known from the faunas containing other spinosaurids, including the Mawsonia, in the mid-Cretaceous of northern Africa and Brazil. The only direct evidence for spinosaur diet comes from related European and South American taxa. Baryonyx was found with both fish scales and bones from juvenile Iguanodon in its stomach,

  • while a tooth embedded in a South American pterosaur bone suggests that spinosaurs occasionally preyed on these flying archosaurs.[41] Spinosaurus was likely to have been a generalized and opportunistic predator, possibly a Cretaceous equivalent of large grizzly bears, being biased toward fishing, though it undoubtedly scavenged and took many kinds of small or medium-sized prey.[9]

  • @NightwakeVirus Actually, when rex is confirmed as the strongest, it's not JUST referring to the steel bending "jaws". A good 80% they actually clearly talking about its strength due to its highly tuned, musculature(rex had a very durable impact resist robust design that undeniable signifies rex as a very muscular dino, it's by far the strongest large theropod of all time). It can also be referred to its senses which are at the least 4X better than any other large theropod.

  • @NightwakeVirus Or in intellect considering rex is the ONLY large theropod that's actually intelligent with a massive brain that's capable of significant persist complex thought and very strategic. Rex being the strongest can even be referred to tooth design considering they're impact resist, armor piercing flesh ripping serrated curved teeth. Even its anatomy structure which is ALSO the best. Also the way how rex can distribute it's weight especially in combat like no other or thick neck.

  • @NightwakeVirus Now mapusaurus is the largest

  • @NightwakeVirus Do u know spinosaurus is BIgger carnivorous, and also bigger than T-rex

  • @br0kendr34m Learn to read and you'd know that I already stated that.

  • @NightwakeVirus Because the silly rex fanboys feel the need to defend their hero by bashing anything that could potentially be more interesting, I believe.

  • @Evolfurnace u do kno that the video u just watched comes from TV a series deemed by all members of the scientific community to be so scientifically inaccurate that it was an embarassment to paleontologists and new age dinosaur researchers, u do kno this right? it was so bad that they pulled it from the air as it was slandering the dinosaur name. i don kno how big u think spino is, but a rugops is thirty ft long, a spinos skull is 5 ft long, ergo it couldnt fit a rugops in its mouth.

  • @natesdevices Yeah, I already know this is the second most BS documentary ever made, Clash of the Dinosaurs being the most. Also, in Clash of the Dinosaurs, they just have like 5 different clips, and endlessly replay them for 45 minutes. Every. Fucking. Episode.

  • @Evolfurnace well, now i hav to check that out.

  • @Evolfurnace "Yeah, I already know this is the second most BS documentary ever made, Clash of the Dinosaurs being the most"? Really? the laws of physics breaking MR is LESS illogical then "Clash of the Dinosaurs" which was based on more modern logical factual evidence...

COTD didn't had the budget as this 2001 MR and it wasn't all about special effects(which were good for its budget) but its logical info based on more accurate depictions without any logical breaking exaggerations.

  • @Evolfurnace (continuing) In fact there wasn't anything illogical about COTD. Yes t-rex was very intelligent, very muscular, can crush bone, had a powerful sense of smell, hearing and sight, cared for their young, were social, their babies were very small and easy to kill... all of which are proven, factual and very logical. As far as there is, COTD was +A on accuracy and consistency.

    (continuing to 3rd comment)

  • @Evolfurnace This is an exaggerated series based on false info and of course completely based on literally nothing but blatant imaginations. There isn't a single fact here but laws of physics breaking assumptions with zero evidence and very contradictory to itself.

Let alone the fact the spino's head is about the same size as "a 30ft rugops" (while picking it up entirely with a single hand) which means this spino is far over 100ft in length and 40ft to 60ft tall, it's why it was canceled.

  • Respond to this video... heres the truth guys. Trex was the ideal therapod, it took millions of years to develop into the perfectly adapted hunter it is, and it survived amongst bigger therapods 4 millions of years from the time it was nothing but a comsognathus, living in the shadow of allosaurus in the jurassic.

Spinosaurus was the apex predator of its time, if only due to size, and was more perfectly adapted to its swamp home then anything else. in the end they were both fantastic

  • @NightwakeVirus new research has found that Spinosaurus would have been a fishing dinosaur. it would live near rivers and catch fish the spine was for swimming its nostrils were very high up so it could keep its snout in the water to sence the fish moving using the many nerves on its snout. it probolly lived in a none threatened way because all other predators feared its size and strength, it would very rarely leave the waters edge and wouldn't be seen in large grassy areas.

  • @olicoboy Thanks Sherlock, but I've known that for AGES.

  • @olicoboy it had huge thick teeth. it was amphibous because of oxygen isotopes. even baryonyx ate a iquanodon.

  • @olicoboy crocs can go for day trecks across land. Why not spino

  • @olicoboy I've been saying the same thing about the sauropods since I was a kid.

  • @olicoboy yes, that's the same thing about baryonyx, and i guess two carnivores would rarely battle like that, given that even the t-rex would prefer to feed on dead animals, also the spinosaurus is too big, his head would actually measure about 3 metres, not 30 feet

  • @olicoboy i thought there was no grass in this period... and how did the ridge help it to swim???

  • @bububububak The ridge on Spino's back, served as a sail like that of a boat. When Spino swam underwater, its sail would also cut-through the surface of the water, giving it an aerodynamic edge when hunting or just a speed boost while swimming.. The ridge didn't only help Spino to swim. If I remember correctly, it also helped to cool the Spinosaurus down. The down side to the sail is that its connected dircetly to Spinosaurus's spine. If it fell on its sail, it would kill itself. If I remember.

  • @joshua9312 No, the things I said about the ridge are true. It was also used to attract mates. About the grass thing, quite frankly it depends what you define as grass..

  • @bububububak And there was grass. How can there be trees and no grass....

  • @joshua9312 well the ridge business sounds wierd... and grass hasn't developed untill late cretaceous...

  • @olicoboy lol Strength...

  • @NightwakeVirus its size would make it as strong as t rex

  • @animaljp3 No it wouldn't. Size doesn't matter. Its about musculature. So quit bullshitting everyone kid. We know you like Spino and all, but it will NEVER be or anywhere close as strong or would win in a fight against T-Rex.

  • @MrTobyCure Oh no, buddie T-Rex has the Upper hand in brawn strength, but Spino is stronger in the arms, body mass and size really doesn't matter as you stated to animaljp3, is completely true.

  • @Silvergamer410 incomplete. You haven't given enough information. Size does not count as having strength. Arms is something else on its own. Spino would have to arch its back at a ridiculous angle just to strike T-Rex, which the laws of gravity and physics wouldn't allow it and it would fall on its back. Its arms weren't as strong as you all think. Its arms were quite short compared to its body height as well it couldn't swing forward and to the side like this show can. It would dislocate its

  • @Silvergamer410 arm out from its socket if it did that. Its arms were great for it to use against Fish which if they were under its arms it could strike out and catch. But it doesn't have a lot of curve into its claws, which gives not the ability to puncture very deeply. It would more than likely leave a good mark like a bruise or something and some small claw marks. Its claws were not like Baryonyx who had great curves into his claws even though they in the same family.

  • @Silvergamer410 I'm sure it does, since it must lift some heavy fish out from the waters but a T-Rex's arm can lift over 400 lbs of meat from the ground. Though, we are still not sure what the arms purposes are, there are suggestions that it may have used its short and very strong and robust arms to help hold its prey. But that's only a theory.

  • lemme tell ya, don't watch this stuff while youre sick. The delusion-filled dreams are trippy as hell.

  • so....why does it have a fin?

  • @SammmyNan There are different theories, but the majority thinks that it was for regulating the body temperature or attracting a mate. Or both. Take your pick.

  • violent for a kids documentary

  • Anyone who keeps relying on Jurassic Park III for evidence just remember that if Spinosaurus were to try and fight a t-rex, the sail on it's back would get damaged. I mean, look at other mistakes jurassic park makes. Dilophosaurus is shown as a small venemous beast while in real life, it is massive and there is no proof that actually shows it spat venom.

having said that, Spinosaurus could have possibly preyed on injured animals or maybe just carrion. but obviously, i would not know for certain

  • Spiny didn't eat no dinosaur, it ate fish and it's not a dinovore, its a fishovore.

  • @BlackimusMaximum

good thing you where there to confirm that :))

  • the best is spiny saurus

  • Spinosaurus (in theory) would never do such a thing as attack larger live prey. Infact, it is theorized that 'Mean ol Spinny' was nothing more than a large fish eater, which in turn makes sense of the smaller jaw and longer snout.

It is hard to believe it would try to steal a meal by killing another beast unless extremely small. Perhaps it did scavenge, but it just wasn't strong enough to fend off other carnivores (such as t-rex for example as shown in Jurassic Park 3).

  • @Dispotional no mate not all small teeth dino dont eat larger prey why the utahraptor attack 10x larger than them and btw smaller teeth is much sharper ideal for tearing meat so dont say that spiny doesnt attack larger prey while t-rex teeth is large and blunt but good for breaking bones more like small sharp teeth(ambush)=large teeth(breaking bones)....not being a childish im already an adult im just saying the truth..

  • @carlogwapo1234 I understand where you're coming from, but it is theorized that Spinosaurus mainly ate fish. It is better equipped that way.

  • @Dispotional The problem with the fish eating theory is that fish tend to get a burst of speed when they are attempting to escape. A Spinosaurus, given it's massive size, would have to be able to lunge at fish very quickly in order to actually catch them and would have to consume large quantities to sustain itself.
