  • @kandyeyed17 - You cracked me up! But I was kinda hoping for the same thing. Whoops!

But seriously, thanks for posting this. I got a couple of Thai coconuts and am looking for ways to use the soft meat. Also, I've read that all young Thai coconuts have been chemically treated - some say with even formaldehyde!! Scary. I've even heard that in order to see if these chemicals could leach into the coconuts, some have soaked them in water with dye. And yes, when they cracked it open, the coconut w

  • If you watch this video without sound, it looks like Jesus giving a sermon...

  • Oral contraceptives are really bad for varicose veins. Some people may not want to hear that, but it's true. I like your statement "extreme but not fanatic".

  • HI! This is the first time I'm seeing your videos, I have a question. I tried a raw food diet last year for 5 days, and after like day 4, my stomach was in a lot of pain. I had trouble digesting, was that because I shocked my system too fast? I want to try it again, but I'm afraid that my stomach will be in a lot of pain again. The pain went away when I had chicken broth. I know, I must have done something wrong....? Any thoughts? Thank you!!

  • Benjima TV sent me :)

  • hello Dan, i have a question, why you never put a t -shirt on? are you living in the caribe or something?

  • I stumbled upon your videos for the first time today - now I can't stop clicking from one video to another. In this video you said the most simple yet profound thing I've heard in a while, "If you're gonna be on this planet, you should spend your life living, not dying".

Keep up the good work Dan!

  • What is your opinion on the following:(1) consuming raw meats, and fish and /or half cooked meats. (2) dried fruits consumed with green tea (3) food combinations rules, Example; not mixing proteins with concentrated carbohydrates, and (4) paleo diet and its heavy rliance on animal proteins , cooked or raw.? Thank you

  • i love your videos a lot. I just made the choice to become vegan and I have been enjoying it, I have been feeling so much better recently.

  • yeah but how do you get a family eating a meal together

  • Comment removed

  • please don't believe this bull, humans are omnivores not herbivores. Eating strictly veggies and fruit is not ideal. You need protein. Protein is what allows hair to grow thicker and stronger.

  • @beshnola How do cows get their protein?

Human protein is created from amino acids from fruits and veggies.

  • @MichaelBoryAlis we are not cows you idiot. They physical makeup of a cow is much different from a human.Humans developed bigger brains because we ate meat.Human beings are natural omnivores.Cows eat the way they eat simply because it's easier for them to digest grass. The greatest challenge in being a vegetarian is to find protein source. And alot of times it's incomplete.

  • @beshnola The point was, mortals think they need to eat meat to get their protein, and cows do not eat meat.

Your emphatic modifier tells us that you need more greens.

  • @MichaelBoryAlis again humans are natural omnivores. It is perfectly healthy to eat meat in moderation because over consumption like overconsuming everything else leads to weight gain which leads to illness etc.I know many vegetarians have this false belief that meat causes diseases etc. and it does not.I see many vegetarians looking emaciated and sickly and wrinkly yet claim to be healthy. The chemicals and hormones in meat and produce may lead to sickness but organic produce & meat does not.

  • @MichaelBoryAlis what's the point of going through all the trouble of trying to eating plant protein when alot of it is incomplete protein? You have to eat two or more plant food at the same time to form a complete protein, such as beans and corn otherwise the protein is incomplete thus you are not getting actual protein.Plant protein does not provide a complete substitute for meat protein.

  • @beshnola I don't even think about protein. The real issue is Calcium, Chlorophyll, Oxygen, and Hexagonal Hydration.

Eat, Drink, and Be Merry, for Tomorrow ye Die

  • @MichaelBoryAlis Anyways alot of these raw dieters, so called vegetarians (who eat fish btw which is meat but calls it something else to make themselves feel like they are veggies) claim meat is not healthy etc. Many nationalities that do not have meat as the main staple in their diet tend not to reach their potential height. The only thing that is not healthy is overconsumption and hormones and chemicals added to foods and produce.

  • @MichaelBoryAlis Not only that if you just started becoming a vegetarian and the past generations of your family tree was not, it would be very unhealthy for you.

  • wow I like how you said i can't expect the world to change until I do. I'll try even harder to be kind. It's soooooooo hard. :(

  • This is NOT how to open a coconut:)

  • i had vericose veins as a 54 year old man last year. this year i dont. its a side effect of my treating my heart disease with vitamin c (NOT a true vitamins but a simple carbohydrate) and lysine. after curing my heart disease i attacked a disease called rheumatoid arthritis with a diet approach. that has worked beautifully. i eat all i want and can and have lost 32 pounds. i hope to loose 40 more by christmas. i used to cook all the vegtables . i now only eat vegtav]bles that can be eaten raw.

  • @datzfast so in one month i discovered that i felt better after meals where i didnt cook the vegetables. i eat one protein meal, then one vegetable meal, and if im still hungry i dine on a purely fruit meal. for me it has worked out so wonderful. i used to be addicted to poison. chewing tobacco it was like my cocaine. i could walk into snow barefoot because i could no longer feel my feet. i had months to live.

  • Love that terminology, "You want to spend your life living, not dying".

  • This kinda info is food to my soul. I haven't started the raw food vegetarian diet yet. But this stuff really inspires me.

  • My did

  • That's so true peole keep trying to pull me away from going raw. But, I'm climbing the latter anyway!

  • Lets get a link on those studies.

  • Dear Dan, your vids could just be the solution I have been looking for to solve numerous health problems....but is there one to prevent rashes or skin irritation...and are you planning to write a book? Cheers Dan

  • hair loss is not always (and for men, most often isn't ) an issue of health. Much hair loss is a natural result of a hormone that is being produced called DHT. There is not much you can do to stop this hormone production or its effect on your hair. Diet does not help much for this genetically determined balding.

  • tomhetistgut3, Your Sources Please? Thanks

  • 1:29 to 1:36 is fukkin brutal...

  • i'm HYPO thyroid dan, so yea..any info about the thyroid i'm all ears for.

  • Hi Dan. I am HYPER THYROID (over-active) with a goiter, and thinning hair. There is a lot of information is out there regarding HYPOTHYROID (under-active). Any suggestions about how to deflate the thyroid enlargement as well as slow down the overactive thyroid to a normal balance? Anything more specific? I have been to a doctor, and I am not up for surgery and removing anything from my body, creating more havoc with lifetime medication that I do not wish to even start.

  • way to be a huge douche & do a video wet in a towel.

  • Always give great tips.....juicing really works!

  • Other people being ignorantly asleep Should be your business because we all share tons of common vibration, frequencies, and a common mind, and theirs being in chaos keeps yours there too. You are way asleep if you still haven't figured it out and genuinely care. You can awaken somebody by just passing them in the street, if you are present, aware and love comes out from your heart to them. Besides, YOU ARE TOUCHING THAT FOOD AFTER YOU PICKED YOUR NOSE IN THE THE FIRST MINUTE EWW EWW EWW!

  • @wisesakura this guy looks like JESUS

  • @HEAVYMETALGODS86feb9 And he's aware of it. Moreover, he would like to project that image. He and many others!

  • I juice and drink fresh warm beer. Real beer not that store shelf stuff.

  • I think I am in LOVE with your mind.

  • dan, i'm an 18 year old girl and i'm going bald. i don't eat junk food, but i don't eat very good food either. my friends have beautiful hair and they eat a lot worse than me. do you think this is because i'm starving my body of nutrients by not eating raw foods? please respond i'm kinda scared and this is really embarrassing.

  • @betwixxtful eat lots of organic leafy green vegetables and healthy raw fats!

  • @liferegenerator okay thank you = ]

  • Comment removed

  • @betwixxtful you should see a doctor asap (naturopathic if you can), and have bloodwork, possibly saliva tests, done to rule out thyroid issues or something else.... you can also get a filter for your shower head that filters out copper and chlorine which can affect hair health, but even metals in your tap water should not be causing hair loss to the point of balding. best of luck. <3

  • @rawsoul1929 it's my thyroid..i'm pretty sure. the doctor called a few days ago and told me i would have to take medicine for it. i don't know too much about it though..just that my thyroid is a poor converter. i'm happy i finally know why, but my throat's hurting a bit and i'm kinda scared now. i wish i could have gone to a naturopathic or a natural pharmacist, perhaps they could have told me much earlier.

  • @betwixxtful

I started balding myself around your age so I know what it's like. Female and male pattern baldness is a result of genetic programming and unless your diet is extremely out of whack, your hair isn't falling out because of that and if that were the case it's just temporary hair loss. Frankly it's insulting that this guy is suggesting that raw foods is the answer without even truly knowing the details of your hair loss. I'd suggest talking to a real doctor.

  • @aaf1232011 the doctor said it's my thyroid..cuz of stress. thank you for your concern though = ]

  • @betwixxtful Most general doctors aren't even taught nutrition in medical school. Every doctor I've ever gone to has always wanted to put me on more medication and have that be like a band-aid to cover the real problem. It can't hurt to TRY to heal yourself. I myself was diagnosed with diabetes & then PCOS and also Endometriosys. At the temples of my head I was starting to notice my hair receding & noticed a lot of hair coming out in the shower and also when I would brush my hair.

  • Comment removed

  • @asyphers2 yea, i wish the doctor could have told me sooner about my thyroid. the hair loss has been going on for a couple years and it would have been much easier for me to have known why.

  • @betwixxtful Look through this site - henna for hair. So this along with eating healthy and watching what chemicals you come into contact with... how can that be bad for you? MY response is that eating lots of raw fruits and vegetables, sprouted nuts and grains with all of their enzymes intact and staying away from harmful chemicals can't be a bad idea. You don't have to be 100% raw IMO but I believe that being as close to that as you can will get you on your way.

  • @betwixxtful

I've been thinking of this very subject, as my hair is thin & well.......Oily: more so then it has ever been.

  • @betwixxtful Get off Gluten and Dairy! Juice Tons of leafy greens and herbs, and gallons of purified Water! You will Heal, You are so young your Hair will grow back!! Your system is CLOGGED!! DONT LISTEN TO DOCTORS!!!

  • @betwixxtful Have you been very stressed out too? Girls in Christchurch who went through three major earthquakes this year have their hair falling out. Should grow back though.

  • @strawberrylaralara yes i was very stressed out my senior year of high school.

  • @betwixxtful Also get your hormones checked, polycystic ovaries can cause this, but Dan is right about getting the healthy fats etc x

  • @betwixxtful Might be a kidney issue. I have the same problem. Thinning hair. Lost at least 50% but thankfully I was born with very thick hair. I was eating too many nuts that was not good for my kidneys. Also related was iron deficiency/hypothyroid (started iron/kelp). A raw produce diet will help heal the body, also minimum 80oz of water will help the kidneys do their job.

  • Lou Corona (and people like him) need a lettuce and coconut smoothie just for all the *BS they distribute out in the world with all those excuses - "Something came up". Hey Lou - you tell the new "something that came up" that you ALREADY have an agreement in place to meet with the Life Generator !! It's very easy to see from the start who is full of sh** ! Oh, and - I'll pass on this recipe, but thanks for posting.

  • What is your education on food and fitness? Did you go to school? Why did you do this? How do you feel if someone gets sick following your tips? Do you think you really have all the knowledge to inform anyone that happens to have the opportunity to buy / rent / use a computer? Just curious about you.

  • @DLeeW2011 look on his website. he explains all that.

  • Good stuff man thank you this video REALLY helped me to just... see a bit more clearly regarding something that I just KNEW I needed to do anyway :)

I think I'm just going to go for it!! 100% raw... I think I can do that! Spirulina will be my main protein source but I'll also get nuts, seeds, beans, legumes, etc!

I am actually REALLY looking forward to this!! ^_^

  • Dan, I got twe questions for you.

Why do you have to soak nut and seed?

Why long do I have to soak nut and seed? Is 2 minutes before eating is long enough?

    Thank you

  • @SuperBlackland 8 hours.

  • unfortunately when it comes to varicose veins and baldness, genetics plays most of the role in determining whether or not you develop these problems... I know people that were instructed to run and excercise to increase circulation, only to find out that it made the veins worse...

  • u lookin n talkn like jesus ... praise tha lord

  • I think you are gorgeous. How old are you ?

  • make $8+ a day in less then a month NO SKILLS /watch?v=BMPhsRN19Ms

  • cool must see facebook trick /watch?v=Fd0di5HFboY

  • YOu could like dress up for your videos.

  • Plant foods are lacking in certain vitamins and minerals. You haven't changed me Dan! I eat the very foods you say are bad like animal foods and i'm healthy as a ox!

  • @adkpinecone cooked meat is highly carcinogenic, so yes it is very unhealthy. The only way to reverse aging is to extend the telomeres, and regrow damaged neurons. Not many know how to do this.. do you? Some plant foods are lacking certain things yes, that is why it is important to eat a varied diet. b12 is one of the missing things in plant foods

  • steampoweref (dot) com let me hack my GF facebook account :D

  • lol you are truly amazing i fucking love you jesus

  • many fruits are hybrids like banana, carrots, apples, strawberries, etc Have you ever seen what the original carrot and apples look like before they were manipulated by man? Very small and had less sugar, so many of these so call natural foods are not really natural. They were bread to be bigger and sweeter. Do you have any videos on that?

  • @istofal yes

  • @istofal Iam from south america and some veggys and fruts flavor are so diferent from here, also more smaller, and more delicious, and not perfect ,chapes ,liker the strawberrys here. jajajaj is funny ,the natural food are not the same color always ,hey of course not ,the humas are no the same, the nature no work like that

  • @istofal *bred

Most people know that. Nothing is perfect, it's about progress and doing the best we can with what we have. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that if you have a choice to eat a big mac or a couple of carrots, that it would be a healthier option to pick the carrots. Use your common sense.. if you have any.

  • Thank Super Jesus!

  • Oh yeah... dude... I & EYE AM THE LIGHT ! <3

  • LOL , when i used to make Live videos... i ALWAYS had police sirens in every other video too lol... but MANNNN, i really gotta find those young coconuts where i Live ! i use coconut milk in a can for my smoothies...but i got a feelin those taste so much better :)

  • 99% of balding is inherited from your family tree. Most people have visable veins as they age. I remember a info commercial that said baldness was caused by dirt clogging up the hair shaft. A special shampoo was the answer. Funny how animals that never take a bath dont have that problem? When he cures somebody contact me. He is so young and at that age we have all the answers.

  • this guy's shit is probably healthier than the food we eat

  • hey look ppl...the healthy jeasus has arrived

  • If your all about natural living (which is what your videos imply) you would not be doing chest and ab workouts at the gym. Jogging would be the most natural workout you could do...Also yoga

  • @Sn0wFreak Bah, in the ancient days we could have done chest presses with logs and stones.

  • @Sn0wFreak ever heard of only the strongest and fit survive, dont be ignorant and ignore a whole aspect of your health and fitness :) pick up some weight and build up some muscle and strength.

  • Lol, the cops are coming to get him. "FREEZE HIPPIE! Put down that coconut, and for gods sake, put on some pants!"

  • Thank you Liferegenerator! Everything you say is true. Just look at him people,he is the epitome of a healthy person. Like I say listen to this man's information,it's all positive energy! You are what you eat and this man shows it!

  • For all you naysayers....you need to check out a little of Dan's history. He is a longtime vegetarian and raw foodist. It's true that your mind clears, your energy peaks and you feel better than ever on this diet. And it's really not a diet, just a way of life. As soon as my income gets right, I'm going for it.

  • Oh My Gosh I love You!!! You're my new hero

  • cayenne is also testosterone. its one of the main ingredients in a testosterone complex along with raw cocoa

  • Wow, this is so true. And it happens to be true that raw food reverses varicose veins: I have experienced it. And how inspiring... experiment with raw food, it's so awesome!!

  • The way this guy talks about his diet, you'd think he shits gold nuggets.

  • @tjfly85 he shits healthier than you do

  • @foosbeast Yes, I'm sure he does.

  • Comment removed

  • i dont see any of the scientific evidence backing up any of these claims, just an uneducated personal opinion as far as i can tell, which ofcourse hes entitled to and i hope it serves him well.

  • @chizzy555 It clearly does serve him well. And he is highly educated in his experience, you don't need a book to tell you that fruits and veggies are healthy.

  • @chizzy555 plenty of studies on carcinogenics caused by cooked proteins, just google it.

  • Dude, you're going to burn out that motor if you haven't done so already. Incredible.

  • this is incredibly informative!!

  • I need to start doing this more

  • very awesome - I'm new here / and inspired to do better for my body. I got a Juicer and I'm using it. I like Dan's passion and his knowledge about the body Mechanic.

  • was 0.16 moment necessary i think he is a damm perv ,,wanting you to look at him with the towel.

  • "Be the change you want to see in the world" Mahatma Gandhi Love your videos Dan! :)

  • This guy was doing ok until he closed his eyes touched his head and chest and said "you are the savior of this world" and "until we become that light that saves the world" or "tap in...to the [source<-????] b/c it 'll keep you coming back for more.. perfection."

This guy is a 'new-ager', humanist.

I can't tell you how many of these types(raw) of videos ive watched that go right into secular humanism or SELF-enlightenment. It's like they can't talk about eating healthy without forcing that in.

  • @mytuber81 It's like suggesting that the guy should stay unenlightened. People need to grow and become spiritual beings not nutjobs like yourself.

  • @martynblackburn1977 "nutjob";) Human beings HAVE spirits you clown, you can't BECOME 'spiritual beings'. Where in my comment did I suggest he stay "unenlightened"?

  • @mytuber81 Spiritual dos not mean "spirit". By way of an objection you implied that he should not become enlightened.

  • @martynblackburn1977 You're only hearing what you WANT to hear. He can try and become "enlightened" all he wants, but when you can't talk about eating healthy without forcing in secular humanism as though food is the gateway to spiritual enlightenment, then there is a problem. Ex: if someone is shaving during a funeral and someone see's that as inappropriate, is that person automatically suggesting they stay unkempt?

His marriage of [food and "enlightenment"] IS the issue.

  • @mytuber81 Food might be a 'gateway' to spiritual enlightenment for him. And in what way is he forcing secular humanism? This is all very surreal.

  • @martynblackburn1977 "Food might be a 'gateway' to spiritual enlightenment for him" - That's like telling someone if they inhale enough helium they can float to the moon...

People who live this type of lifestyle automatically associate their particular means of food consumption with "spiritual enlightenment", a concept that is truly "surreal." This guy is compelled to drive in the notion that eating raw IS the way to "spiritual enlightenment."

  • @mytuber81 Eating raw certainly makes you feel amazing. I think that's why people start talking about it making you spiritual. It's a kind of euphoria. I don't think you need to eat raw to get that but it probably helps.

  • @herbal1971 "I think that's why people start talking about it making you spiritual" - Do YOU personally believe it "makes you spiritual"?

  • @mytuber81 That's an interesting question and it depends what you mean by spiritual. I prefer the word "connected". Without any doubt at all it will make you feel more connected to other people and nature. And what does that mean to me? I think the problem with society is that we're pushed to be individuals, to compete for things we don't need, living on adrenaline and stress. The raw food seems to remove a lot of that.

  • @herbal1971 "connected to other people and nature" <-please elaborate.

Are we not supposed to be individuals? I do think society throws a lot of meaningless, fake, attention getting, easy, waist of time, life and money foolishness our way to derail the real purpose and reason we're here.

  • @mytuber81 There is brain chemistry that corresponds with the "connection" I'm talking about. When blood sugar is balanced so are we.

The only way is to try it. To be honest, I'm probably as fed up with the same meaningless stuff you described but this really makes a difference. Please do try raw food for a few days and see how you feel. It's the only way to know whether it's for you. I get awful depression. Raw food works amazingly for depression.

  • @herbal1971 I'll give you 2 examples of the effects of food. I used to on a farm and animals that eat plants all day ,stay active and alert and get very little sleep. At night they chew their cud, food they swollowed and bring back up. Now meat eaters, dogs and lions and cat's they sleep 20 out of 24 hours. If your having trouble sleeping eat 1 pound of meat. If your tired all the time eat less meat.
