Well the Ginyu force from Dragonball Z were team of super-elite and powerful warriors who were called upon by Frieza to assist in the defeat of Vegeta and obtainment of the Dragon Balls on Planet Namek, they had signature dance routines, were rather flamboyant, and easily dealt with by Goku, however these guys the Para Para Brothers really raised the bar on the campiness level... It's over 9000!!!!!!!!!!!
