We haven't even the engines capable of powering the ISS, other than keeping it stabilised in orbit. We don't really need Pelicans; transport helos are just fine for now. u need a better graphics card i had the same problem if u dont know how 2 put 1 in search it on utube its easy u can get 1 tht rus halo god 4 about 43$ if ur comps dell search on utube if u have bad graphics on halo look here

u need 2 download CMT version first and it'll let u playon multiplayer

NO!u download a custom UI file that has a campaign mode on it,then put levels in the maps folder,then u use dev and type in this code i forgot to to open the campaign level.1nce u type in the dev code,it'll just appear on the campaign mode.
