If you look at Allis steep entry and Sanders shallow flat entry that's the big difference.
The shallow flat entry screams at the pivot to rotate to work. the steeper entry tells the body to stall and slap the hands at the ball to catch up. Allis has square steep shoulders at impact. sanders has opening shoulders at impact. The feet are important to build the base that allows the pivot a connection to be able to rotate off.
