Yesterday I stood in front of the American Health Insurance Plans annual conference in Chicago.

This is the industry association of private insurance underwriters for small businesses.

I stood in the rain with hundreds of other laid-off workers from small business that have had to reduce staff or close altogether because of health insurance coverage costs for the most minimum of required coverage.

I saw no GOP Governors pleading my case.
