Hi there :) just a question, I just began with stretching, and I want to go till 6mm, I am pretty sure when I'm older I don't want them anymore so can they downsize to a normal 1mm again?

A way to make your ears shrink almost back to normal from up to like 7/16 or half inch is to stretch up a size bigger and then just don't put a plug in your ear. the open sore will shut faster and smaller than your healed ear.

Well, everyone is different but 00 is usually the 'point of no return' but even if you go bigger than 00 it will shrink just not fully :)

@brittanyS123 They will never go back to normal. Once you stretch that's pretty much them gone. Also depends on how elastic your skin is and how long you've had them stretched for. I was a 24mm, took it out for 3 years and it's gone down to a 10mm or a 00 in american sizes. Best idea is to take it out and leave it, it could take a year or maybe even two for it to go down in size as far as it can!

i stretched mine to 12mm. and one of them just will not close. It is at about 3/4mm all the time. this is because i stretched it too quickly, i have an interview for the RAF soon. If i get in, im going to have to pay quite a large sum of money to get it closed up. REGRETS

I fucked myself stretching my ears. "Go big or go home" is more like "Go retarded or use some common sense." But I was young. A 1,200 dollar surgery will be well worth a future of opportunities. just take them out, i had double gaugd ears and the top gauge was making my ear get all deformed, so i took it out and in about two weeks they closed!

ALSOOOOO. I have also shrunken my gaues as well. But I have stretched them up again. But you can also just put in a size smaller gauge in the hole (EX: if your at 8g put in a 10g) and then let the skin close up around the gauge for about a month or two. And then put in a smaller gauge if nesassary. Basically going in reverse. I did that. And it worked for me. Or just dont wear gauges for a while and they will shrink. (:

i first did mine 4 years ago to a 12mm did it in about 3 months and when i took it out it took a year to get back to 8mm and another year to get to 6mm and then it stayed as a 6mm so about 6 months ago i started again and now i have a 16mm about to go to 18 then a 20mm and not going bigger first i just want to say i know i did it way too fast i went from a normal ear ring to a 4mm in less than a hour but thats ment to take a couple of months I AM A DICK HEAD DONT DO WHAT I DID DO IT SLOW!!!!!!!!

use sandpaper and rip the inside of ure ear up. then super glue it closed. it will heal back together. or get an infection in ure lobes by stretching too fast and dont clean it.. once ure ear turns puple and is full of puss take the plug out. i did this and i went from 7/8 to no hole at all, but now my ear has alot of scar tissue.. superglue is toxic too. dont try it. i know kids that have done it tho,,,
