if you have the shear force diagram you are set. Just calculate the area under the shear diagram from the left or right support up to the point of interest and the value of the area is the moment value at that point. Lets say you want to calculate the moment at a distance = 3 m from left, you calculate the area of the shear diagram from zero (left) to x=3 m and do not forget the area above the x axis is positive and the area under is negative
