I don't mean to start arguments, but I disagree with the thought that this voice is better for Ariel because she sounds 16. First of all, she doesn't sound 16. She sounds 12- she has a great voice, but it's a middle school voice. Second... Ariel is supposed to be an AMAZING singer, her voice SHOULD be mature for her age. This is cute though, and now I can do my french homework.

Yes the redub is sung by Marie Galey Claire Guyot only wanted to do the speaking voice so Disney asked Galey to do the singing roles for Ariel

Sa voix est loin de posséder la prodondeur de celle de Claire Guyot, pourtant je l'aime beaucoup, elle fait jeune et mignonne ; il y a un petit quelque chose qui correspond bien à Ariel, je trouve... I really don't like it, sounds like she is almost speaking and not singing. The voice is kind of plain. I mean that there isn't any relief... Just in my point of view.

I like Marie Gallet's version better. she is more experienced but still sound like a child. Anyway, Marie Galley is still dubbing the singing of Ariel in Kingdom Hearts in France, so everything is fine ^^

In Claire's version, Ariel soudns like she's 14, in Marie's 15 (Just the right age), and here 8!
