Can anyone track down my question about the music in this movie? I heard John Williams was involved with Fiddler somehow. The music feels like something he'd write and I've always grown up thinking it was John and yet it says it's by someone else. So what was John's involvement? Anyone know? Which songs if so? I love this song by the way

Just the year before, Leonard Frey was to have said that his depiction of a Jewish fairy, a very caustic Harold in The Boys in the Band, might typecast him -- but then came this role, as different as his character Herold could possibly be and an Oscar nomination as well. It is indeed sad that he was taken from us so soon.
