Cool I didn't know about the ghost. But what did you mean by "can't finish the level"? I mean what does it matter if they spawn or not?

Well, the game isn't really designed to skip groups of enemies, so in a few place this causes problems. In those places, what usually happens, is no enemies or vehicles spawn afterwards and on this level you need the banshees near the end to spawn. Otherwise, you can't finish the level.
