@russianfantastico A family member or ancestor being able to "always watch over you" would imply that there is an afterlife and that human souls life do continue after death which I would think to be impossible without the existence of a higher authority, or in this case, without God. Family can watch over us too, but that also must mean a God who cares enough about people to take care of their souls must be watching too, right?

Yesterday was the hardest day of I've had since losing everything in Hurricane Katrina six years ago. I felt completely alone and like God had completely forgotten about me. But, this morning I woke up and this song was on my heart. After not hearing it in over a year, God reminded me that he is a perfect Daddy who gives His kids good things.

I woke up this morning to this song. This song and Meredith's hit "You invite me in" remind me of the times that my dad was still alive. I think about him more now than when he was alive. Perhaps because I didn't have as close a relationship as I would've liked. Jesus reminds me daily that I'm not alone, even late at night, and that I will see Dad again, because there is no disappointment in heaven. Thank you Meredith for that wonderful song.

For some reason, I can see Lady Gaga having resembled a Meredith Andrews of sorts if she would have broken into Christian music rather than the filth she's a part of. I think they even somewhat share some similar facial features.
