  • @riariariadixit mere husband ne to mujhey bohot bighar rahka hai :) koye koye sabzi to bari he maze ki banti hai, lobiya yoon bana ker thora sa lemon daal ker spoon se bara acha lagta hai.

Meri dishes naa sirf achee banti hein balqay achee lagtee ( presentation) bhee hein :) ..mein pehlay susraal mein rehti thi tu wahaan mil jul ker khana baan jata tha..ab khud key ghar mein jab se move hoay tu fikar tu thi thori kee taste 100% waisay nain hoga...but Alhumdulilah aap kee tips and recipes sey bhaut farak para and jo dishes pehley bhee banati thi woh aur zaida perfect ho gaye hein MashAllah.   • question no.1. do we have to boil BEP's in water or just put them in hot water for few minutes? and 2. what do u mean by give pressure to onions? shall we give pressure for specific time untill the whistle blows? thanks

  • you just have to soak beans over night in water or for 2-3 hrs in hot water. do not boil.

    after the whistle watch the clock for 2 min turn the heat off wait for the pressur to go down.

  • acha, cabli chanon ko kehte hain amooman to "chole" aur "choliya"

    "holon" ko kehte hain wo mater se jis main eak eak dana hota hai.
