@OutdoorDerek - I used the 80 liter commercial food dehydrator (Cabela's) and it sux! It dehydrates unevenly, the mesh slides off the grates, it takes longer than an Excalibur to do anything. It can't even dehydrate CORN evenly, never mind beef jerky! The excalibur is, by far, designed better, has a much higher quality of dehydrating and you don't have to rotate anything. I regret buying it. It looks good, that's about it.
that dehydrator looks great. how well does it work? i have a cabela's heavy duty dehydrator
