I'd like some biologist or another to scientifically back me up on this.

People who lose their eye for whatever reason (entire eyeball removed) possibly due to infection/rotting or whatever, can stick their tongue up into their eye socket. I've seen this multiple times and it is without a doubt possible, so this is also indeed possible.

Whether the guy has lost his eye, or is just very adventurous with where he's sticking the end of that pipe.. I don't know! hah!

Just try blowing out really hard but closing your mouth and pinching your nose closed. First your ears will pop, and sometimes air will come out your eye socket. That's when I learned never to do that again.
