I'm not gay, but I would never tease someone who's gay. People made jokes about me for not talking much (to them) and I didn't because they are the ones who always made fun of the others who are not like them. I could also insult them for always sleeping with the next best guy or not having a great figure. But that's not something that you do because everybody is different in their one way.

I hate it when people quote the Mosaic Laws from the Old Testament to justify their disapproval of homosexuality. Most modern religion don't even follow the rules from there anymore. Because according to those Laws, women can't go to church after childbirth for a certain amount of time (depending on the sex of the baby), are 'unclean' on their period, and other silly little rules, so it almost sounds like people want to be able to pick and choose. A case of hypocrisy, if you ask me.

Actually it says in the bible that animals have no souls and therefore cannot go to heaven. Therefore whether or not they are homosexual is no argument from that stand point. Also the bible does state that "it is a sin to with another man as if with a woman" and I'm pretty sure it says the same for women. I can't give you an exact place in the bible but I do know these things are in there. I also want to star that I do not hate homosexuals I only disagree with homosexuality

The fact that there are a percentage of humans that are gay doesn't mean that it's natural in and of itself. But, being atheist, I believe that the only people that truly know whether it is a choice or not are those that identify themselves as gays. However from everything I know, I believe it's not.

I think it is just a part of who you are, an innate quality. The reason you hear about people coming out later in life is not because they "turn gay." They have probably kept it hidden for most of their lives, refused to admit it to themselves, or were just not comfortable living openly with it.
