Hate to break it to you, kid, but part of helping young video producers with their work is critism. Saying things outright, like flames, of course, is bad, but giving helpful tips and the sort isn't. Someone giving their opinion and saying they don't like something, as long as it isn't hateful or rude, isn't a bad thing.  I don't know why you think everything that's said needs to be positive.
