  • Live after the spirit. Obama is destroying babylon.

  • Please watch my story"TIFFANY LEBOUEF SEEKS JUSTICE". I have documents to prove my innocence yet no one wants to even acknowledge it. My life has been destroyed.

Look up PRISON STOCKS....very lucrative....WHO ARE THE INVESTORS???

I HOPE NOT THE JUDGES AND POLITICIANS.......

  • Fucking Communists all need to go create their own society and leave ours alone.

  • @Macabremauve Fucking capitalists need to create their own society and leave ours alone. The very rich don't own the US - we the electorate allow them to exist if there is a benefit to us.

  • @nowthatsinteresting1 So my dad is a capitalist because he owns a pizza shop?

  • @GunsNRosesbitches No - I'm self-employed too. Why should the corporations own the free market? I should be allowed to compete too, even if I've got no money to fund political parties.

  • @nowthatsinteresting1 New corporations form all the time...

  • @GunsNRosesbitches Not really - except ones that are backed by other corporations. There are the odd exceptions, but broadly whenever we spend money, the money goes to a corporation, the profit is moved to anywhere in the world, and a way-less-than-normal tax rate is paid. Why are people so defensive of corporations?? They represent the opposite of the free market, they operate effective cartels and they're destroying, not creating, jobs.

  • @nowthatsinteresting1 The profit ends up in the pockets of the shareholders...who are, in large numbers, American citizens. I have no problem with some Americans voluntarily pooling their money to a large corporation and hoping for good returns on their investments. There is nothing wrong or unconstitutional about that. You speak of jobs, but corporations are not created so other people can have jobs. Corporations are created because there is an opportunity to seize.

  • @nowthatsinteresting1 And by opportunity to seize, I mean there are investors that are trying to seize opportunities and take the risks for it. Creating jobs is just a byproduct.

  • @GunsNRosesbitches Your description is of a 'share-owning democracy'. However, now we see the shares increasingly being owned by fewer and fewer people - and many companies that were originally on the stock market have now been bought out completely by small investment companies - ie the super rich. Most of the activity on the stock market now is about gambling, not investment. Individual small investors should have the chance to invest longterm in genuine start-up enterprises.

  • @nowthatsinteresting1 Well at least one person finally commented with some sense.

  • @nowthatsinteresting1 I know how dare those capitalists spend there money how they want!

  • @chiefmanytkdown2 Appreciate the irony! But too many 'capitalists' are being funded by you and I, the tax-payer...

  • @nowthatsinteresting1 Actually the quotes you put around capitalists are very appropriate because the big corporatists are being funded by me not the smaller capitalist companies...big difference between a millionare and a billionare. What I am saying is that it is not the 1% that is the problem it is like the .000001 % that needs to be put in their place.

  • @chiefmanytkdown2 You and I agree, then!

  • @nowthatsinteresting1

Who are U to "allow anyone to exist".

"F'ing Capitalists" have a RIGHT to exist on the grounds that they would STILL exist (& probably benefit - as would the rest of us) even if u were never born,

Their ability to prosper long after you're gone is more than proven by your lifelong boycott of contribution & benefit to the economic well being of every1 else.

The capitalists that u hate pay taxes, create jobs, ideas, &goods. What do YOU do 4 humanity?

  • @mredstriumph Not everyone or everything has a right to exist - there has to be a moral framework. No-one would want an organisation to exist that caused pain and misery to millions of people, even if millions more gained on the deal. All the positive things you mention can exist - but more control is needed of the very rich (whether corporation or person) to ensure they don't abuse their power. By the way, I am a salesman and entrepreneur, and I employ several people. I am not an opt-out.

  • @nowthatsinteresting1

Here's the moral framework. It's simply this..

u do not have a right to INITIATE the use of force + none have right to take life, liberty, or property lawfully produced (or voluntarily procured from) from its producer

U scapegoat "the very rich", yet they've done NOTHING 2u - proven in that u have no STANDING 2bring case vs them in a lawful court, whereas I recognize that Robespierre, Stalin, Hitler, Pol Pot are motived by the POWER OWS seeks, not $

  • @nowthatsinteresting1

By the way, if u are a paid organizer for the govt, employing several ppl w a solyndra type scheme, receiving $ from a hedge fund trader in order to sponsor a communist front group (soros), or are running on some kind of paid govt grant, I'll grant u the title salesman, but u are not an entrepreneur.

  • @mredstriumph I'm fine - I'm in the west. Ask anyone in a chinese factory, or anyone living in the middle east. It may sound odd in these selfish times, but I'm arguing for a better deal for other people, not myself! I'm none of the things you mention. I run a recruitment agency. And the type of operations you're talking about is the type of thing I'm furious about!

  • We are a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC...

    ...NOT a Democracy.

The Founders understood what has the best chance for prosperity and freedom for all...do you?

...where does the ACTUAL MONEY COME FROM TO FUND ANY FORM OF GOVERNMENT?

...WHAT SYSTEM CREATES THE MOST JOBS AND OPPORTUNITY?

    It's CAPITALISM(.)

People better figure this out fast.

  • I was kinda expecting a movie trailer for V for Vendetta 2 when this started.

  • Capitalism is the purest form of democracy. These damn hippies want to take away our right to choose what to buy and when to buy it. Fucking commies.

  • @MrConsersative

“What is a Communist? One who hath yearnings For equal division of unequal earnings. Idler or bungler, or both, he is willing To fork out his copper and pocket a shilling.”

    -- Ebenezer Elliott

  • @Blackman1000ify

Progressives only created the Federal Reserve (Woodrow Wilson 1913) giving the creation of our currency to a private bank, created the new deal plantation welfare state modeled after that of the nazis - which set those low interest rates - created by THEIR massive levels of ponzi scheme debt.

They only invented "Securitization" (U.S. Dep of Housing & Urbn Development Feb, 1970), created Fannie Mae - making bad loans a "profit strategy",&sued banks to lwr stds

  • @mredstriumph

Then Progressives only SUED mortgage companies to FORCE bad loans

    w w w -DOT- youtube -DOT- com/watch?v=Lr1M1T2Y314

    And blocked the regulators.

    w w w -DOT- youtube -DOT- com/watch?v=ebWJ892h5dA

They appointed the ppl overseeing Fannie Mae - wiki Clinton attorney Jamie Gorelick & read her qualifications to be put in charge of $5 Trillion (50% 0f ALL) U.S. mortgages.) She got paid $26 million+ for 5 yrs "work" taking FNMA stock $65->$0.20 & being fired 4a 10Bn "oops"

  • We need Social Democracy in America.

  • @Blackman1000ify

We need Constitutional Republic in America.

Democracy is two wolves & a lamb voting on what to have for dinner. - Benjamin Franklin

"That the desires of the majority of the people are often for injustice and inhumanity against the minority, is demonstrated by every page of the history of the world."

    John Adams

"Democracy is nothing more than mob rule, where 51% of the people may take away the rights of the other 49%"

    Thomas Jefferson author: US Constitution

  • @mredstriumph The point of the matter is our country is neither a democracy or a republic. Its a corporatocracy where people's opinions don't matter anymore and where the richest 1% control everything. Our politicians have been bought up and while the banks and corporations are bailed out, the rest of us suffer. We need to make a change as people in this country and give power back to the people.

  • @Blackman1000ify

U got that exactly backwards friend. Progressive politicians sabotaged our savings with their "Federal Reserve Bank" which was designed to let them spend more than they take in. (notice that no one's taxes went up with the bailout? - How'd they do that?) Progressives did that to vastly expand govt & their power.

The Dixiecrats welfare plantation started in 1964*. Notice anything about that date? It's the date that progressives LOST the Civil Rights fight

  • @mredstriumph The Federal Reserve is working for the big banks. Here is how it works. The Federal Reserve lends gigantic piles of nearly interest-free cash to the big Wall Street banks, and in turn those banks use the money to buy up huge amounts of government debt. Since the return on government debt is higher, the banks are able to make large profits very easily and with very little risk. This is what I'm talking about. This country is a corporatocracy.

  • @Blackman1000ify

We're in complete agreement here. In fact you're only the first other person I know who gets that fact.

But where u see "corporatocracy" I see classic fascism. Where u blame wall street, microsoft & wallmart, I blame the burgeoning totalitarian monopoly of the US Federal Govt. Where u fear starbucks barristas, & turn to Obama, Frank, Dodd, & Soros for help.. I fear a govt who holds a monopoly on force & who is straining against the constraints of tConstitution

  • @Blackman1000ify

The 1960's is also.. just coincidentally.. when progressives happend to push drug culture (pre-OWS OWS) on economically vulnerable populations.Addiction, coupled with the pre-war German Welfare state, created a dependant class w they used to consolidate their power.

But the welfare state isn't free (go to USdebtclock org & see largest budget items) & the massive debt the gov incurred forced them to artificially lower the interest rate - via the Fed

  • @mredstriumph Occupy Wall Street brownshirts? Dude, there protesting against corporate greed. Fighting police, I wouldn't call getting sprayed with tear gas and getting hit with night sticks fighting more like beating. Its their right to stand up against this economic inequality. The mayhem is an unfortunate byproduct but neccessary if we want to be democracy brought back to the people. We are the 99% Thank You.

  • @Blackman1000ify

    The brown shirts ARE the 99% dummy. They're the ones who cry "social justice" - meaning no victim,no actor,no court,no trial,no rights,no process,no procedure,no defense,&no appeals

88's blame "corporate emotion" ("greed") as a pretense to THEIR aggression bc they KNOW their desires could never be justified in any court.

Your "inequality" is cause by YOUR behavior, NOT mine, & the violence & mayhem vs what u perceive as a minority (1%) is what make U a Nazi

  • @mredstriumph This is the reality of the U.S. There is an unhealthy alignment between business and political power in this country. The 1% maintains this tie through lobbying efforts, funding political advertising campaigns, and or providing bailouts when corporations are seen as too big to fail for the purpose of controlling government. Its to the point political parties almost don't matter anymore. Its not big government we need to worry about, its big corpations.

  • @mredstriumph First off, I'm not a Nazi and the 99% aren't brown shirts, fool. Getting beaten by police when you're protesting against a corporate regime doesn't make you a Nazi. No one in this movement is against working hard or balming you. We arent against people like Steve Jobs, Oprah, or Bill Gates who worked honestly. We're against people who rig the system to maintain a huge amount of power to where no one can move socially in society.

  • @Blackman1000ify

No1 gets beaten for "protesting vs corporate regimes". U get beaten for defying lawful orders to disperse.

Your RIGHT to "peaceful assembly" comes via 1st Amendment -> "Right to peacefully assemble & petition * THE GOVT * 4 a redress of grievances" - w is NOT what u do. 1st Amnd was ratified in 1791.

In *1792* the VERY SAME CONGRESS gave the executive branch the power to disperse "insurrectionists" (OWS) in the"Riot Act" Defying THAT is what gets ur ass kickd

  • @mredstriumph We want the Wall Street barons who created this regime to be held accountable for what they've done, a law to prevent this control from ever happening again and democracy brought back to the people. Don't be a corporate tool. We are the 99%. Thank You.

  • @Blackman1000ify

"Democracy" is nothing more than mob rule.

Can u go 2 court & say "your honor.. we declare this minority "greedy". There are 90 of us, & 10 of them. Therefore we demand their property (w we neither helped create, nor can provide LEGAL claim to)"

Does that work? No. Fail. Y? Because u are criminals demanding through force of #'s &menace 2 STEAL what isn't yours. Like an inside out "RobinHood" u seek to steal from producers 2give2 your mafia co-conspirator King

  • @mredstriumph Peaceful protest is what they did and they were beaten for it. Just like in the Civil Rights movement. The 1% is so powerful that its protected by a facist police state that uses military and police power to dominate the people mentally & physically. The people that are waking up to this injustice want to detrone the corporate rule & whats an empire without an army? No one cares about the sideshow teabaggers. The 99% is a grand mental awakening & this is only the beginning.

  • @Blackman1000ify

But didn't u say the teabaggers & fleabaggers were united in fleabagging?

"Tea Party and Occupy Movement stand united"-blackman1000ify

And now we see the truth

Your "movement" was community organized from the start. U = same anti-war-until-January-2008 brown-shirt frauds & change your "cause" on a dime. Proof?

Riddle me .. WHAT could be given (& who could give it) to get the croccupest to peaceably disperse & go home?

    There's nothing=>exposes Marxst TRUTH

  • @mredstriumph Just as I thought. You're stuck in the matrix. So you don't want a say in how important decisions affect your life? Would you be content living in a power structure under a small number of people where government is just a symbol, your freedom chipped away bit by bit & you live under the tyranny of big corporations? Cause that's the case, people being thrown out of their homes, college grads in debt, unaffordable health care, jobs overseas etc. This is the reality we live in.

  • @Blackman1000ify

Ppl thrown out of their homes - Progressive invention of Securitzation. Democrats DE-regulated. Dems brought the lawsuits to FORCE the loans. Dems created Fannie Mae to BUY the loans = hostile Democrat take over of the finance, banking, mortgage industry.

College grads are in debt because DEMOCRATS run the institutions & govt backs "Ginnie Mae" loans that allows their cronies to charge as much as they want.

HC is unaffordable bc of Medicare/Medicaid.

  • @Blackman1000ify

The govt is bankrupt on every level (local, state, federal) bc of Democrat political machine pay-for-votes public sector unions destroyd budgets.

The Democracy lie party's largest contributor = the TRIAL LAWYERS guild who balloon the cost of healthcare & FORCE the expenses of defensive medicine & malpractice insurance on Drs. They "regulate" away competition in insurance & now are quietly working to destroyer employers ability to offer workers health benefits.

  • @Blackman1000ify

Our jobs were driven overseas because of progressive's punitive corporate taxes (2nd highest in the world), their "democratic" unionized one-pay-scale-for-all-regardless-of-performance-can't-fire-any-incompetent unions, their hate-the-hand-that-employs-u class war rhetoric that led to rampant theft, an us-vs-them corporate mentality, & mafia driven violence & sabotage of facilities negotiation tactics.

Dems practices made our products so BAD, foreign bc better

  • @Blackman1000ify

When the gov sets the interest rate ARTIFICIALLY low, it causes ppl to borrow & spend (since borrowing at low interest is "cheap"), BUT it also discouraged saving (who saves @ ~2-3% interest?)

This - & not the progressive lies about a "decade of greed" - caused US to go from the world's largest CREDITOR to largest DEBTOR in under 40 yrs. Meanwhile Progressives undermined the housing market by 1st INVENTING "securitization" / MortBackedSecurities, then (cont)

  • @Blackman1000ify

    (cont)

buying these Mortgage Back "securitized" loans away from lenders via the Government GSE's known as Fannie Mae / Freddy Mac.

Now lenders don't care if borrows default. They got paid by the US gov as soon as the loan was made. The combination low interest & government backed loans created the spiral that melted down our economy & led to the bailouts.

Now the gov "bails out" (by printing $, notice grocery prices?) the private sector in a hostile takeover

  • @mredstriumph

    (final)

Now the Progressives are moving towards their end game. Community Organizing a filthy brigade of brown shirt Occpunks to cause arson, rapes, murder, property damage, fight police, overwhelm the prison system, & breakdown of civic order.

This is what will allow them to finally circumvent the Constitution - a document designed to guarantee free speech, religion, the press. freedom from imprisonment, and the seizure of property w.o. process or courts- i.e."social justice"

  • Capitalism is the problem? So I guess we should move to communism like china where they execute christians and gays alike?

capitalism is a great idea and it works.

Fascism, a corporate run government by definition, doesnt.

what you are seeing is croney capitalism, aka FASCISM (1935 Germany).

    RON PAUL 2012

  • you know there is a thing that can help the wall street protesters get the money they want so bad ,( A job) .

  • @TheClone3000 there not wrried about money ahole, lil illuminati symbols on it no fucking thanks. we are worried about the future and stability with out any current or past form of monetary.

  • @TheClone3000

    Agreed!!

  • Oh btw, communism sucks. There's a reason why the USSR; people just don't like regimes that kill millions of people.

  • Beautifully done piece on an ugly period in our history. I'm guessing that what we have now wasn't what the Dutch had in mind when they started a system to facilitate the exchange of capital and goods down on Wall Street back in the 1600's. It's not so important to figure out exactly when Capitalism started kicking Democracy's ass but that we all realize that we're broken and we need to fix it fast.

  • Capitalism is not the problem, the problem is capitalism cant work if unfair advantages are given to the banks who are exempt from the system

  • @creamycurdy

In the US, corporations are people with rights. America is a hive of lazy retards. Electing Bush twice... The founding fathers weep from their graves as his dream grows complacent and fat, waging unilateral unjust war and unleashing the most corrupt temple of narcissists ever known.

  • Occupy that shit!

  • Capitalism is not the problem, a lack of freedom is the problem vote Ron Paul!

  • Remmember John D. Rockefeller, from a income of $50 in 3 months became the world’s first billionaire. Liz Murray born to HIV-infected, drug-addicted, poor parents that were not able to provide food for her. Ozzy Osbourne dropped out of school , J.K. Rowling, Richard Branson, Chris Gardner, H. Wayne Huizenga, Jim Carrey, Andrew Carnegie and Oprah Winfrey.List is endless…..they all became part of 1% with their hard work.Wake 99% start working and stop occupying. It will bring the change.

  • @TheArtseek

you're the kind of idiot for which there is no cure.

  • @TheArtseek

    Spot on.

  • I love how these professionally "oppressed" are completely safe and ignored at home, but have to attend a riot, create smelly nests in public places, and actively create disorder to entice police attention.

Doesn't exactly make the case that you're an innocent victim on the defense instead of the TRUTH - that you're nothing but a surly pestilent throng of lazy parasitic predators with your needle tracked hands out.

Dirty slack jawed aggressive panhandling pieces of shit.

  • @mredstriumph

If something doesn't change with the legal classification of corporations there's going to be a widespread collapse or a revolt, or both. There's so much corruption that the institutions designed to protect people have become complicit. Just read a list of Bush's executive orders for Christ sake. It's obvious to anyone who isn't a moron that there's systematic corruption. Look at the MPAA, and how easily they can get bills drawn up. It's disgusting.

  • @o0xemas0o There are already laws that prosecute corrupt corporations. What we need is for people to do their jobs and punish businesses who do wrong (even if they are donating substantial amounts to their campaign). I support the legislation that is limiting corruption withing Congress so that the bad corporations have less influence.

We don't need more federal gov. organizations or regulatory departments and we certainly do not need another bloody French Revolution.

  • @o0xemas0o

Corporations have had the same status for 300 years. Now all of a sudden because Obama gets some grandiose totalitarian urge & plants some idea in your bony little head and now they're some tremendous menace.

Oh no! Starbucks! OMBama there's a pep boys. Where o where can we hide?!?

  • @mredstriumph

Do some research on no-bid contracts for Haliburton or Blackwater in the past couple decades and cross reference that with executive orders on environmentalism and energy in Bush's tenure, then come back. You sound like an invalid.

  • @o0xemas0o

    Away troll.

  • @mredstriumph I respect your maturity and tolerance of views in your message and I appreciate your share of information. But their is truth in everything I've said. This is the reality of America. Our political parties whether its left or right almost don't matter anymore. The power & wealth of our country is concentrated in a small part of society while the rest of us suffer. We've put up with this tyranny long enough. We want change & we'll get it. We are the 99% (Final Comment).

  • @Blackman1000ify

The REASON left vs "right" doesn't matter is that LEFT has INSTITUTIONALIZED their agenda. Every time LEFT wins elections, they create another union, start another program, create more vast bureaucratc govt agencies, spend more & more $ we dont have, & push various groups to hate each other.

When U.S. "Right" (American-totally different from European (monarchy & pope / church of England) "right-wing") gets in, Progressive death machine waits2grow w D's again

  • @mred(cont)

The LEFT is not new. They slaughtered over 1,000,000 during their birth aka the "Terror, "Great terror", "de-Christianization" exterminations, & fratricidal "national razor" o'the French Revoln, killed over 4 million unarmed Greek, Armenian Christians in their "Young Turk" genocides, genocided 14 million Ukrainian/Latvn Jews & Christians in the Holodomor+4Mn more in the "Dekulakization", BEFORE the LEFT-WING final soln in Germany. Since=Pol Pot, NKorea, Great leap etc

  • @mred(cont2)

The Dixiecrats & lynching predators of the Old South created the Klan, Red Shirts, Knights o Golden circle, White league vs Repubs- they r same agents o hate even today. Black rednecks don't recognize themselves in the dem demonization of poor white southerns. Same ppl. Same characterizations & demonization based on poverty, poor education, large families, religious faith, guns for protection

I grant that U may not know that history, or know where u r headed but I do

  • Obama did not deliver on his most important promises of closing Guantanamo bay, ending the Patriot Act, and end the robbing of our liberties. What Obama has done is make this nation more dependent on the Gov't. - - The 3 Parts of Zeitgeist Are A Must Watch For Anyone - - --Knowledge Is Power--

  • @WeBeItching

    Knowledge is power?

You want to know something? Watch Zeitgeist 1, part 1. THEN do exactly what YOU did not do. Go read the mythology the movie purports to site. You will see that each and every thing they say, and EVERY example they gave is a LIE.

Not a mistake. Not a different interpretation. Not a mild stretch. It is a straight up LIE - EVERYTHING they say the myths and mythology say is completely made up & inaccurate.

    -- laziness is Power --

    (over the stupid)

  • dont say the beginning is near, what are you waiting for? Repeal the NDAA

  • how can we change society ? we must change it.

  • @youngfeniansofeire

    We change ourselves.

  • @wojovox

    Doesn't smell that way.

  • This should begin "Corporatism has triumphed over democracy." We do not live in a pure capitalistic system. We live in a system that allows evil men who head corporations to fund government officials, who then create legislation to benefit those evil men at the expense of all other citizens. There is a difference between capitalism and corporatism, one is a market driven by free citizens to innovate and produce, the other is a collusion between immoral men of business and government.

  • @asanchez1103 Exactly. People are so completely ignorant on the meaning of capitalism. Corporatism is what everyone should be complaining about. In a capitalist society under a republic, the wall street idiots would have went to jail, and the bad banks that ripped everyone off would have been left to crumble.

  • @flatblackstrat

If it wasn't for the Democrats & their filthy stinking Fannie Mae & HUD (U.S. Dept of Housing & Urban Development invented "Securitization" & "Mortgage backed Securities" - Feb, 1970 - and Fannie packaged and BOUGHT the loans) then making bad loans (a.k.a. - giving money away) wouldn't have ever become a profit strategy.

Honestly.. am I the only one who ever questioned how "rip-off" banks were supposed to "get rich" making LOW INTEREST ZERO DOWN loans that DON'T GET PAID BACK?

  • @flatblackstrat

    Gone to jail for what??

Giving away their $? Since when did we start caring if a corporation makes a bad loan with ITS OWN $?

What u SHOULD be smart enough to realize, banks WEREN'T lending their OWN $. They were lending OURS. How?

Thru US Federal Govt. That's why Fannie Mae & Freddy Mac - a.k.a. - "GOVERNMENT SPONSORED ENTERPRISES (GSE's)" - which are run by Congress - went broke.

Banks lending their OWN MONEY don't make bad loans. No Govt=No Problem

  • @mredstriumph Hey I'm not arguing with that. FMFM were the main cause anyway. Several CEO's of several banks should have went to jail though because what they did was essentially insider trading, but in banks.

  • @flatblackstrat

Sheep like u go around spewing big gov fascist "state capitalism" lies - making bad loans is a profit strategy.

Getting a ZERO DOWN NO INTEREST LOAN & living in a house u can't afford, don't pay for, take home equity loans against (vs "equity" u never put into it), & walking away with all the stuff u bought makes u a "victim"

"Too big to fail" caused the crisis. So close & consolidate the banks! We need "regulations" to prevent banks giving away their $, etc.

  • it's all a trap. At this years davos World economic forum they were basically flat out saying capitalism needs to change, the top ceos of the world. THis week. Just now.

They are just going to jump ship with their capital and make a killing off the sustainable movements

agenda 21 un charter 1992 rio de Janeiro Brazil

  • i can't catch a fish without a license? land of the free?

  • Hey guys , stop fighting and dissing each other for a sec and answer my question. I have a very important question. What's the name of the song? You can carry on , once you answer it. Thanks

  • Vote President Ron Paul 2012!

  • "Take all that money we spent on weapons and defense each year and instead spend it feeding, clothing, and educating the poor of the world, which it would many times over, not one human being excluded, and WE CAN EXPLORE SPACE, TOGETHER, BOTH INNER AND OUTER, forever ... in peace."

    -- Bill Hicks (1961 - 1994)

  • they may not call themselves communist, but they say the same things that communists do, and have cheered the support they get from communists. under communism, your job still sucks, and refusing to work can get you killed. they guarantee a standard of living which is lower than that of the average person in a free society. they ruthlessly crush dissent, and almost anyone can be gulaged based on the lies of your personal enemies. mass death from famine is not uncommon. no, thank you.

  • what is better than Capitalism? have you guys decided yet or are you still leaderless and unorganized?

  • Hippies..... this is called "keeping the peace". You don't like it... so live in the soviet union... dam socialists!!!!

  • Long live the Occupy movement! Finally a movement in America where people are speaking up for their rights, speaking up against the corrupt congress, speaking up about corporate influence on politics! We have had enough and it makes me feel proud that we have FINALLY awoken from the American NIGHTMARE!

  • NEVER FORGET...you say what you want without disrespecting anothers POSITION or you will go thru the bullshit...that's life..!!! I feel you and frankly protest is long overdue but despite something you want ALL TO KNOW, cops have a job description and they are doing what they get the pressure to do...with that, PEACE TO US ALL...!!!!

  • The majority of protestors are just like the politicians that they scream at them and do not listen to anyone who disagrees. Both sides are wrong. Those who are logical, and have no fear or regret to speak their mind such as the comments, even though they may be struck down with hate ae the true believers the men and women who will continue to fight for this race, who with continue to look for solutions and corret those who hate, discrimnate, uneducate, and mislead others in this universe.

  • It appears with the advent of the internet people are circumventing the alienation caused by capitalism. I suspect people are reclaiming their humanity by interacting with others on a non-professional basis. There are people on youtube who've talked about the concept of alienation. I suggest people here look it up. When you consider the current unemployment rate it seems much clearer.

  • "capitalism has triumphed over democracy"-----right there is the trouble with the occupy protesters.

average american, 99 percent of usa, aint gonna side with some pro-communist bunch, not all these years after fall of ussr.

go to a north korea gulag and try to find a prisoner there who thinks capitalism is evil and communism good.

  • I guess Ignorance is bliss.

  • Old steel wool barry will be one of "occupies" biggest comunity agitaters in a few short months.

  • You don't even have a cause. This is slackerism at its finest. A bunch of pampered babies living out delusions of making any difference. All the time talking on cell phones and wearing designer cloths. Even the clowns at these rallies can't decide on what they're there for. They spend more time fighting with each other then protesting. Then they put everything on Facebook for the world to see and complain about government intrusion into their lives. No cause, no wonder, a bunch of brats.

  • @ODENGRACIE With age comes knowledge, you seem to show that well.

  • @zcoop823 thanks for acknowledging my comment. I'm not sure if your saying I'm too young or too old though. My comment appears angry and judgemental, yes sometimes I am both. Either way peace my friend.

  • @ODENGRACIE Peace, and may you guide yourself in these difficult times with your own thoughts as well as mind.

  • these people are real americans

  • @spiritofrock1 That statistic is grossly inaccurate.

  • @Sirkinney you settled nothing, you just ranted about nonsensical things. Why is democracy right and the constitutional republic the founders set up wrong? You being in the military is not an answer.

  • SO HERE WE SHOW POLICE DOING THIS AND THAT. THAT'S THE DISTRACTION. THE GOV.NT IS THE CULPRIT. THE PRESIDENT? HE DOESN'T MAKE THE REAL DECISIONS FOR THIS COUNTRY. THAT'S TAKEN CARE OF BY PEOPLE MORE POWERFUL THAN THE GOV.NT. YOU CAN'T STOP NOR CHANGE WHAT WAS STARTED BACK IN THE 1700'S. IT'S TOO BIG FOR ANY TO UNDERSTAND OR DO ANYTHING ABOUT. THE RICH GET RICHER AND THE POOR WILL REMAIN THAT. IT'S BEEN THAT WAY SINCE THE START. SINCE THE SLAVE OWNERS....THE FOUNDING FATHERS.

  • THE FOUNDING FATHERS. 9 OF THEM. 7 OF THEM WERE SLAVE OWNERS. ALL OF THEM WERE WHITE, RICH, AND VERY POWERFUL. ALL OF THEM PUT TOGETHER THE RULES WHICH HAVE BEEN PASSED ON AND STILL IN PLACE TODAY. THE CONSTITUTION PRESERVED THEIR RIGHTS (FOUNDING FATHERS). THE 10 OF THE 27 RIGHTS (BKA- BILL OF RIGHTS) WERE GIVEN TO US LITTLE PEOPLE TO KEEP US FALSELY SATISFIED. MOST OF THE FIRST 10 CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS ARE UP TO INTERPRETATION AND CAN BE TWISTED BY ATTORNEYS AND STATE LEGISLATORS

  • The answer is communism my american friends. Don't believe the Cold War Anti-Russian propaganda.

  • Interesting video- but the images are all OWS protesters and what they are going through for an event they initiated. Why dont' you make your case about how corporate capitalism is destroying democracy? This video isn't selling me because it's about the protesters - it might move some people, but it won't impress everyone. Why don't you suggest actions we all should take that will benefit the whole country? I think you need to consider people who don't currently share your viewpoint.

  • aasa

  • It doesn't matter..Not one of the protest are going to matter because capitalism will still exist...Greed will still reign supreme and the rich will always make the rules...Change only happens through extreme measures that not one of these "Protesters"are willing to do..SUCK IT HIPSTERS!!!

  • @abanahasky73 you cannot rid of greed, I'm not greedy but you sure are is the main problem. Because fact is, We are all greedy assholes. Some are unsatisfied with the current system so they WANT something else. Aka self interest. But tell me, is there any system that has worked better than capitalism to date? There isn't.

  • @tehatemachine lets see finland has it good-

lets see sweden has it good..

lets see before the capitalist bankers short sold european currencies..they had it good

name me one capitalist country in the history of mankind that has worked--throughout history?

    neo-feudalism-is laughable...."Crapitalism"

name me one thing capitalism has produced... computers apple=government funded

    medication university created= government funded

    socialism works

  • @fatherdeath1973 Socialism is the end to all of humanity as we know it, well not the end, just a huge stall in human progress. Have you ever walked into the DMV? IF not then shut the fuck up. If so then you would agree with me that bureaucrats do NOT do the job RIGHT. Now just imagine the DMV, but except in the medical clinic. Where clerks could easily be jackasses to you and not get fired. Even in countries like Finland, And norway you have heavy privatization.

  • @tehatemachine

Yes, while it's very frightening to not know how you're going to get medical care when you're sick; it's equaly frightening to be completely helpless in the care of somebody who couldn't give two turds about you. We need to controll health care expense but I know I sure don't want to have a govn't healthcare program as my only option. I can see it now; you go for pain in your stomache and they hand you rubbers in a recycled bag, with an education pamplet about HIV. LOL

  • @russellmuscle1 "it's equaly frightening to be completely helpless in the care of somebody who couldn't give two turds about you." In the Free Market, you'd be able to choose who you want to treat you, However that freedom has been taken away by medical licensing. If i had a gash and a wound, and my neighbor practiced stitching on occasion but knew how to do it, I'd ask him to stitch it up for me instead of paying a high premium, Free social medicine is not free.

  • @russellmuscle1 and the other thing about it, They think it's a better deal over all, But the total expenses ad up and are far more costly that speculated.

  • @fatherdeath1973 Even socialist societies are capitalist. Every nation that has ever existed is capitalist. The difference is who controls the capital. Big monopolistic businesses in the freemarket you claim? How on earth did they become a monopoly and how could they stay as one without governmental assistance?

  • @fatherdeath1973 "computers apple=government funded" BAHAHAHA! Nuff said about your intelligence.

  • @fatherdeath1973 Why don't you move to one of those "good " countries if you think they have it so much better than us?.Cause thanks to America you wont have to learn to speak German. Do us all a favor and take ol'e steel wool Barry with ya.

  • Capitalism hasn't destroyed democracy. The abuse of capitalism has. That same abuse can occur within any form of government/economy. Socialism only causes everyone to suffer & communism does the same.

Free trade now, free trade forever. God bless capitalism & God bless democracy.

  • actually, pure democracy is the answer. that is what the founding fathers envisioned. there is nothing about corporations having the same rights as people in the constitution. nor is there anything about legalized bribery in government. unregulated capitalism and communism both strip individuals of their humanity and free will.

  • @kkuenster

You can talk about free will if you are poor and starving.

  • @kkuenster Pure democracy is not at all what the founding fathers wanted. The founders knew that putting absolute power in the hands of the majority would strip the rights of the minorities. They envisioned a society that protected the rights of everyone, guaranteed rights protected by the constitution. Nowhere in the constitution will you find the word democracy, only republic.

"Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what's for dinner" - Benjamin Franklin

  • @snarfels well put and very thoughtful

  • @snarfels Benjamin Franklin said that? A Slave owner himself said that. Two faced don't you think?

  • @Sirkinney

Given the conditioning of society at the time teaching people that blacks were in less than human, it does not surprise me that so many founding fathers had slaves. However, instead of taking such a one dimensional approach, it would do you well to understand the thought process behind Benjamin Franklin's view on Democracy.

What specifically about his viewpoint do you disagree with? Where is the flaw in his logic?

And BTW, at the end of his life Franklin was an abolitionist.

    Just fyi

  • @snarfels "given the conditioning of society at the time" comes across as an reasonable excuse to what was allowed. Franklin could have been a remarkable man, but that'll never fly with me. taking a view of Democracy from him because of what he was is like excepting a point of view of human sexuality from a rapist. simply not credible.

  • @Sirkinney

You must have not read the end of my comment, because i did tell you that Benjamin Franklin became an abolitionist after the founding of the U.S, and with that he free'd his slaves.

And i'm not saying you have to blindly take his view of democracy. Use logic, if there's some flaw in his thinking then you would be obligated to disagree with him. If you can find no flaw in his logic, and you still disagree with him. Well then your eyes are completely shut.

    Please Refute.

  • @snarfels so the fact that he became an abolitionist makes it ALL ok. He sold and owned and advertised slavery but later became an abolitionist so now it's all good. Someone killed and raped, but later found Jesus so all is forgiven. Lol, my man, your going to have to spoon feed someone else that bullshit because I'm not hungry. He can be as logical as Spock, but with Franklins history I'm not listening.

  • @Sirkinney

I don't know how we even got caught up on Benjamin Franklin anyhow lol. I used a very popular quote from a one of my favorite historical figures. However, Benjamin Franklin was by no means the only person who was against the idea of democracy. Let's not look at this from a Franklin perspective.

I as a non-slave owning individual believe democracy is wrong, because it takes the rights away from the minority and hands them over to the majority. I find that unacceptable.

    Please Refute.

  • @snarfels I totally understand your points. I can see it your way, but for me (only speaking for myself of course) I just can't find the man or the 6 other founding fathers that owned slaves credible. That's all. The system today holds true because of the system created by the founding fathers. This country is still today as it was then owned and ran by rich powerful white men. Even if your white and your not powerful with stock invested in the WORLD, then your a peasant like the rest of us

  • @snarfels we're both on the same page here to a degree. I know you see my point of view as well, and I'm fully aware that my points of view can come across anti-American. I'm not at all anti-American (I served my country). I'm just greatly disapointed with how this powerful powerful country treats it's own, but then uses the police as the fall guy that hides the true measures of this govn.t. When, I served this country, not one assignment was to protect OUR freedom, but only to impose.

  • @Sirkinney

You're trying very hard to dodge the issue of you defending your position. It seems to me that you must not really understand the issue on any level at all.

And to say that the same system is in place as the founders set up is totally nonsensical, and again advertises your ignorance.

If you don't understand the subject matter you might as well not comment on it because i get enough bs from ignorant NWO people like you as it is.

    Merry Christmas

  • @snarfels Ok kid, since you fucking insist in going this route we'll get this settle now. I'm not dodging shit. This is YOUTUBE! (WTF) I'm supposed to go back and forth over a youtube video? Negitive kid. You have your point of view and I have mine. However asshole, you tell me one thing in my comm
