well actually in this game if you watch from a side they just kinda kick it off.. (still fucking awesome though) but to perform a real curb stomp you would need the victim to put their mouth on a curb and even then their head doesn't explode it just tears their jaw off.

incorrect actully. The best combo is to kneecap them (shoot them in the kneecap) and then when they are licking their wounds, go for the curb stomp. I know a person that can kneecap someone with one shot, instead of being a cheapo like you and using a bloody smg and randomly shooting at the legs, he aims with a less automatic weapon.
