yes. when u create ur coach nd sign with a team, the owner gives certain goals to success. that will determine if they will resign u or drop u.

Great game if you rather call plays and develop a team instead of gathering an all star and play the play by play games...you get frustrated when a sure play would fail for some reasons...but that's where the realism of this game come into play. most of these players don't completely know the whole play book so game planning becomes to important in running successful plays. If you luv micromanaging w/o playing like me. this game is for you

Basically this is madden without the Gameplay. This is fun because it's basically playing fantasy coach and being like the real NFL. I am actually playing it right now and simming to the draft so I can draft McFadden =] Playing as Giants. Suprisingly the difficulty is Hard for them... Unlike the Pats with Very Easy. You can also make your own coach or use an existing which is pretty cool.

Got this with Madden at the midnight launch but have yet to pop it in the 360. I am LOVING Madden but HOLY SMOKES! After reading more about this game over at operationsports I am feeling pretty stupid for not having played it yet lol! Now I cant wait to get home (leaving here in about 30 minutes) and firing this game up!
