It's very easy to not get "tonsil stones" anymore. The key is to brush twice a day and use an oral rinse. Make sure at least one of your products is oxygenating. I used to have these but I don't anymore because I do this.

What I use:

1. Arm And Hammer- Advance White Baking soda and Peroxide

I personally love how this tastes and if you brush before you eat or drink something it doesn't give any weird flavor off.

2. Therabreath- Fresh breath Oral rinse

@Sencokidowned You ever seen those blackhead removers/extractors? They sell them at walmart in the acne aisle, they are metal rods with a loop at the end. I use that and it works perfectly. Just make sure to sterilize it when inserting in mouth. Good luck =]

Heres a little gift from me to you. TRY IT... (i had these as a kid)

1. Brush the teeth well (everyday)

2. Listerine wash in the mouth and gurgle at the back of the throat.

3. Another reason you might get tonsil stones is the bacteria on tongue use a tongue scraper. I suggest trying it and if they come back see a doctor

2) as i know - the mouths skin epithelia renews itsself ,the old skin and other contaminants are usually absorbed but if your tonsils are 'swollen' or if you have an infection like pharyngitis you can't swallow them easily and they pile up in the tonsils crypts and form tonsil stone but if you regularly(after brushing your teeth) clean the inner sides of your cheeks or brush your tongue you can lessen tonsil stone .
