@batmansgonakickurass born down under and my bros played it when i was a bub this music is timeless im now 43 it takes me back to when i was a child long live music!

YeH agree ,,,,,,,,remind me of the days when life was a care free wave,,,,,,,,,,,surfing from one weekend to the next,,,,blue smoke filling the room......us all sitting in a circle
thinking we where so so imortal...........great state of mind
Missing the days of Rodriguez and my late teens.. A class beyond superficial music advertising. Im so very pleased and applaud you for not ever selling out. Thank you for your inspiring words and music ;-)
Listened to this music all the time back in the 70's in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Its just as fantastic now as it was back then. Still remember all the words. Ah the good old days in SA.
the first time i heard about sixto and his music was when my friend played a bootleg tape of this album in johansburg, on his "musicbox", we heard it, drinking, until i heard this tune, decide to buy the tape, he's music wasn't available until the late seventies!!!
This guy could really write something so pure and true. A real gem, man he deserved so much more recognition. Cold fact is should have been an anthem in America. It was in my country South Africa. And he was well received there in 1997.
yeah, the 100th 'LIKE', well... they dont make em like this no-more!! but dont bother to buy insurance cuz you've already died...!!!

This album was originally banned in Australia and I had too buy my copy through an import store. One of the best albums I've ever owned.
