Hey I saw the cucumbers on their Holiday On Ice tour at the Uptown in Athens (and I still have the poster and setlist), and at the 40 Watt on Broad Street and many other times too. They were great then and remain one of the best bands on earth. xxx L.

I saw the Cucumbers play at the 688 club in Atlanta in either 1984 or 1985. I think they were on the bill with Guadalcanal Diary. Nice to see them again on this video!

I love The Cucumbers and they're still out there playing! Deena's solo CD ROCKDOWN BABY "Love & Sex & Rock & Roll" is great and several cuts sound like they could have come from this era!
