  • Excellent exercises.

Suggested additions; Hindu-pushups/Squats. FOCUS BREATH. Moving with the natural rhythm of the inhale-exhale. The development of core is the KEY to strength and power.

  • @DaleStiles

No volume control on your computer?

  • @kris28878 Where is the undo button? The comment was supposed to be on a different video but YouTube moved to this one and I also mis-clicked and hit the down flag and can't undo it. For a guy who used to build computers and write simple programs; I've been getting my butt kicked by technology lately.

  • Excellent!!!

  • How many rounds of this would complete a workout?

  • what else would I be doing? Let me think =)... Pull-Ups (up as fast as possible, 5 count down), Leg-Raises (same pattern as pull ups), Dips (again) and if you have one...do some kettlebell Snatches...

  • nice video, the wall sit things look easy but are actually really hard, 60 seconds is ok but i get to like 3-4 mins and slip lol

  • Dude I love that you did not use any equipment. It is really usable everywhere. Thank you so Much.

  • wowow i like!

this is a great video, and you're in great shape!

  • Fuuuuck I keep falling over doing the first exercise!!! Damn my balance.

  • Campbellr71 you are a liar !!! everday yeah right

  • what are you talking about? i do this everyday too... sorry if your an obese person who isn't capable of doing the excersize, but don't accuse othe rpeople of being like you.

  • I don't think you do pistols and split jumps everyday my friend.

  • the problem is some of those exercises are to hard for beginners to do. i'd say it takes a intermediate to advanced person to do that circuit completely.

  • The exercises are easy enough for a person of average fitness to complete one circuit. Try cutting the reps in half at first if you're finding it hard, otherwise you'll start sacrificing form for the sake of getting the reps done. Then you can build yourself up one extra rep every week until you've got em all (and more!)

  • brilliant choice of music

  • I just did one circuit to the vid. :)

  • Wow!! The boy's in shape!!

  • i just wanted to tell you i used to be in great shape, i got a desk job now and kind of gave up, exactly one month ago i saw this video and ive been this routine every day since. im back in my prime shape. THANK YOU FOR THE POST!!!

  • ty fro posting !

  • you got some good workouts there but there is a little mistake with your wall sit, its a little too high up. make it a prefect 90 degrees and your feel a nice burn

  • For the invisible chair you should go till your parallel and keep your arms raised parallel to the ground as well.

  • it says 3 total circuits and 1min rest between circuits... about 5min of your day.

  • yea nice

    good vid :)

  • full range of motion on those pistols! good vid!

  • nice choice of music too
