Half an hour, the train derails. Half an hour, and it is not your lane. Half an hour, half an hour, no question. No answer, half an hour, half an hour. Half an hour without you, half an hour. Half an hour, he and I, half an hour. Everyone to their address, half an hour.
brother:I can SING and SPEAK PERFECT Russian. me:SING WIT MEH BROTHA! :D *we both start to sing this*
*he pronounces almost everything wrong*
*i scroll down to see the comments,we're on the second chorus, since he's so 'perfect' he should know how what to sing because I DO* him:SCROLL UP I'M CONFUSED me: = = I knew it. moral:I CAN SING/SPEAK RUSSIAN HE CAN'T....Jerk..
the song wouldnt sound right if tatu made the russian version and the english version lyrics the same.. is just how translating works.. so no.. this person does have the right lyrics.. i did notice however at 2:14 "i mechta ne moya" means: and the dream is not mine... there are a few others..
@MrsWhiteMorphine They are right, it wouldn't go with the beat and it wouldn't rhyme if they changed it to english translation to russian! Learn your damn facts.

I'm Russian!! Wohoo although it kinnda suks. Ooh well I like this song it's great :) although wat would b relz good is that there wud b a lyris with Russian on it ;) that'll b good ooh well nice job again
@xxxxxFluffxxxxx If you're russian why don't you write down the lyrics? :) I think Russian is such an amazing language! You're so lucky to be Russian you know? :D haha
Ok, great try, but unfortunately Russian doesn't lend itself too well to google translate. So: To start sobbing, to run away Or to lock the door And to be silent, to lie [down] To study the ceiling And to dream, not like all, To kiss the heavens Celiing-carousel Half an hour, half an hour Half an hour - trains getting derailed Half an hour - not your lane [car lane, but also a [lousy] period in life] Half an hour, half an hour - no question, not the answer - half an hour, half an hour
[cont'd] Half an hour without you, half an hour Half an hour, he and I, half an hour Each on his own, each on his own, half an hour [Going off] To each own's address, half an hour I lost it, and, like all Like in a dream, I'm not myself Not my carousel And the dream - not mine Either smoke, or sadness, Or the rain on the eyes I'll return, I'll return Half an hour, half an hour [refrain]
It's one of the hardest languages to learn because of it's countless rules. It is easier however to anyone who has originally learned Russian first and only then learns another language. Especially hard I would say, is the pronunciation, and how to write what you say, as it sounds one way but is written differently.
Is'nt 30 minutes?

Just a quick comment, Russian isn't my first language, but couldn't "On i ja" be translated as either "It and I" or "He and I"?

Savoury, did you even read the description?
That'd be a smart thing to do, dear, before deciding to open your mouth over petty details.

Learning russian right now, I like the translation though I find the romanized russian kind of jarring. is there a cyrillic version anywhere?

No offence but as someone who speaks Russian as a first language, this is a terribly inaccurate translation that seldom makes sense.

@MrsWhiteMorphine It isn't really wrong, this is how they said it in Russian. They had to edit it to make the words match in English.

at 1:24 there is actualy an incorrect translation, On E Ya or он и я means "he and I" not it and I. If it were the latter it would be это и я
