Intonation is rough across the board. It's out of tune because they aren't supporting the air. The rhythm's would also line up if the kids were subdividing which they aren't. A lot of the problems though are because of the conductor. Her motions are excessively large, she bobs from side to side, and she pounds the beat too hard so that the sound pulses instead of flowing across the phrase and they articulate with "dwa's." It's not terrible group, just highly immature.

I played this last year in band. Our french horn was way worse. barely got in tune. But overall, we had a killer performance.

You guys should see a Japanese band play. Man they know their shit!!! They're AMAZING!!!!!!

timing is weird

many instruments are out of tune

and the vibes are not played correctly in the beginning

but at least they were actually played with bass bows (it sounds horrible when it's not) and the 7/8 was played correctly

overall, not bad. :)

I'm pretty sure this year we were about 110 strong. This year we're about 122.
