This reminds me of my Grandmother and Grandfather's everlasting love. My Grandpa passed away from cancer last month. They were together for 61 years, since my Grandma was 16 and my Grandpa was 18. My Grandfather resembled the man in this video.

On August 4th, 2005 in Iraq a roadside bomb blew up my fiance. We were only 22. It's been 6 years and I still wear the engagement ring on the necklace he gave me before he left. It was his third tour of duty. He had already earned a purple heart. This song is for him.

I didn't know that Sarah had her own channel here on youtube till today. I had to come to this song first. This is my song to my husband who was over seas in the military. Whenever I would get to missing him I would just turn it on and close my eyes and picture my self walking to him. I thank God that he's is home now and God kept him safe and now I don't have to close my eyes and picture that anymore. God Bless our troops and all those back home missing their soldier.

In 1999 my sweet fiance took me to a karaoke bar and asked me to sing this song for him, but I was too shy. Nine days later, on June 27, 1999 he was killed by a drunk driver, and the next day I really did wake up without him there. I remember sitting in the E.R., getting my face stitched up where the windshield glass had cut me, when this song came on over the speakers. I sat there crying, knowing he never heard me sing it to him.

this is mine and my mothers song, because a mother's love is the only thing that will be there when nothing else is... It's the strongest love there is and it's because your mother carried you for 9 months right under her heart... even if you're adopted. that mother's love is still stronger because she wanted you. and did what it took to get you, and you're her's regaurless of who had you.... just because you had a baby doesnt make you a mother you have to earn that right...

@hoghunttinchick I'm so very sorry. I went through the same experience. My grandparents were married and completely in love for 63 years when she lay down for a nap and passed in her sleep. He was lost and hung on for 5 years before he joined her. It was awful to watch, so I understand your pain. Please PM me if you need / want an understanding shoulder. (((((((HUGS))))))))
