had FSX not have ridiculously fast breaking times chances are that on the second approach when u finally touched down after drifting a bit down the runway, the MD82/83 may not have been able to stop in time. anyway it was a nice video and the go-around really helped the realism.

Flight Sim isn't very realistic with the elements, there should be at least some fog with that rain/sleet/snow, thicker cloud cover and whatever's falling bombarding the windows, Gran Turismo remains the ONLY game to simulate rain in a way that's satisfactory, unfortunately.

@FPVsean this all can be added and adjusted accordingly its just that for lower end systems it can slow frame rates down, that on top of fraps which automatically drops your frames down is just not possible if your only getting 20 fps already. you choose a good landing without fog or a slideshow with it

@PilotTHK It's an OK add-on. It's a "little rough around the edges" in terms of quality issues with a few minor things, but overall is a fine add-on. The sounds need to be changed, in my opinion.

@Cessna154 Yeah I heard its alright. I dont usually fly those types of jets. Im a Boeing guy (737,747,757,767, and 777) and I like only two Airbus models (A318 and A340). But it seems okay. Not the type of aircraft I would buy though haha.

Ok another idea for the same airport. Try Nor' Easta conditions (heavy rain, or snow, strong winds, low visibility) for the Portland Jetport in Portland Maine. Use any Delta MD88 you have on hand. And this approach can either be either be done on runway 11, or 29. DO NOT use 36 or 18. Runways are too short for large aircraft. Try this on for size... Any plane, single up to a jet, into MSP with full minima for an approach. I know I would like to see a down to minimums approach in both if you could. And maybe something out of the ordinary like an NDB approach with a sidebar of the gauges as you do the procedure turn. Maybe add a VOR approach with a holding pattern too.
