Search youtube for "RCT3 stations tutorial" . It will teach you the fundamentals and you should then be able to build a house. Note the garage door is just a billboard displaying a picture of a garage door I found searching google images. Hope this helps you.

Im building something similar but my houses are have CS and there are rooms and furniture CS in the houses and peeps can go inside them.
