Barack was up by about 7%+/- in SC, and walked away with a 22% landslide. There will be a similar surge of poll-invisible voters on Tuesday. Bet on it.
Is anyone actually paying attention to the VIDEO? Mitt has poured $35 million of his own money into his campaign. Are Americans really satisfied with voting for the establishment, multi-million dollar candidate, especially when he changed his views on key issues in the past one or two years?
These smear campaigns against McCain are really getting old. He's never supported amnesty, and he's certainly never supported open borders. The only reason people say untrue things like that is to get a reaction out of voters.
McCain's plan is to make illegals pay a fine, learn English, and get in the back of the line to become citizens. He would deport illegals who have committed felonies. If you've been paying attention to the Republican debates, you know this is REAL plan.
toughguy: Get real do you really believe illegals will pay this "fine"? McCain is a traitor as believed within the veteran and POW activist community. John Holland, leader of POW activist org rolling thunder, is supporting Ron Paul. McCain and John Kerry worked together in a cover up. Look up Veterans against John McCain. Ron Paul supports vets and will fight to bring back our POWs. He is the only real conservative and trustworthy candidate PERIOD.
Yes McCain would be a disaster....but seeing as how Huckabee's primary foreign policy maker is Richard Haass, current director of the Council on Foreign Relations...Huckabee would also lead us into more war - But that can be said of all the candidates except for Ron Paul, as all the other candidates are CFR members as well!!!
McCain has managed to unite the same big money boys behind his campaign as those who put George Bush in power. Big Oil and Arms Manufacturers--they can't lose with John's troop build-up in the Middle East.
Who cares if he has money, atleast he doesnt want to sell our country like McCain with his Pro-Amnesty ideas, great idea make illegals pay a 5000 dollar fine, they instantly become an american citizen, and who gives a damn if they speak english, yiddish or spanish. Should America be sold?
Right on brother!! Juan Mccain is a sellout that wants to grant illegals amnesty contrary to the majority of the people who put him into office. Plus, he's way too old to be president. He's a frail old man.
Why does it upset so many Huck and Ron fans that Mitt has donated a large amount of his own money? Hmmmmmm... could it be envy? Our candidate is out of money, lets say "he's trying to buy the white house"- sure that makes alot of sense.
All who bow to Romney will become his loyal subjects--the very same mindset as those who put faith in King Bushwacker--and Romney will continue to rule the ppl of the U.S. under the rules of incorporation, without regard to the Constitution. Will you walk away from a fool and his money???
Who's endorsed Romney??? Rush Limbaugh--an ex-Vicodin junkie(I thought real conservatives nixed drug use)Romney's mouth runs like a faucet; a RICH guy vying to buy his own personal presidency, like he said, going for the "gold"---it's about the AMERICAN PPL, MITT--McCain may be BLUNT, but some JUST CAN"T HANDLE THE TRUTH.....
Except that you forget that Juan Mcamnesty is really more liberal than all of the Republican candidates combined. He wants to keep our borders open and grant 12 to 20 illegal aliens amnesty. Now, is that conservative? Romney wants to shut the border down and not grant amnesty. Is that liberal?
Romney is spending his money on his campaign because McCain and the other liberals are going to take 50% of it through the death tax. It takes money to win the whitehouse..isn't that why all the candidates are accepting donations?
I am the true "billyklez." Someone has hacked into my account and posted dozens of comments regarding presidential primary candidates. To all of you who have read the billyklez posts, please know that they came from a hacker, not from the person (me) who has had this YouTube screen name for a very long time.
Actually, I'd like to know McCain's master plan, since all major Republican party leaders have now united behind him and he's going to be the Republican nominee for President. I don't get the Romney distraction.
McDummy is being forced on us by the MSM. He is dumber than Bush and couldn't get past Kucinich if the MSM weren't backing him.
If more people watched the debates rather than accept CNN and Foxnews' "reports" on them, we wouldn't be in this "fix". How can they say McLiar is not a weasel? CNN will turn on him soon for Billary.
Billary will make a cold meat jelly snack out of the contents of McMadman's wee noggin. Then we'll get back to scandals and smut for our kids to ask us about.
John McCain is no conservative. He is a socialist at home, and a foreign interventionist. Those positions are exactly the opposite of traditional conservatism.
McDummy doesn't have a master plan. He is just a pawn. The MSM is trying to end Romney because they know he is not corruptible. He doesn't need their money or acceptance. He is a wealthy man in every sense of the word.
Do you really believe that McLiar is better for the future of the economy? McAmnesty won Florida because of the Cuban votes in the south. Why?
Pat Buchanan stated McCain's plan best:
'The jobs aren't coming back, the aliens aren't going home, and we'll have more wars.'
I do not think so... I think he really has got a 50-50% chance of winning the GOP nomination. If this was the Dem party, Huckabee would have been the real king-maker, but the GOP tend to have a winner takes all system and so he is out of it. However, I think McCain has a higher chance of beating Hillary as he has the Indie backing, something Romney and Hillary have not. McCain vs Obama; that is a more difficult situation to call..
California goes for John McCain--there's tons of retired Navy in San Diego. I don't care if Diane Feinstein calls herself a Democrat or not, but she loves John McCain as much as Joe Lieberman, and plenty of Dems who feel just like her will be voting for McCain!
Man, Veracifier really hates Romney. Why can't you see that McCain is the real danger to this country? HE is going to go into dementia in the white house!
i would take romney over mccain anyday.. and obama over clinton. if it comes down to clinton vs mccain its like choosing the lesser evil ahhhh where is the us headed
I still don't completely understand my sense of Romney, but I SO do not trust him. He strikes me as someone who would look after his own interests, but who would not give a f... about anyone different, whether in wealth, race, gender, religion, sexuality or social views.
But please if your going to comment on something as important as a presidential election, don't you think you should be looking at and commenting on the issues instead?
You comment makes me fear even more that this country is becoming more and more shallow.
The ability of someone to be accepting and aware of those who are different from himself is one of the hallmarks of maturity and intelligence. These qualities should be present in one who would be the leader and representative of this great and diverse country. The lack of them is one reason that Bush has failed so miserably.
You would be wiser to spread depth rather than criticize imagined shallowness here.
Oh yea, only 35 mill. i bet Giuliani pocketed that much and will now get to be vice president when the big fix comes down. Then they will sing their pirate songs, and the NWO will be in charge again. Mitt doesn't realize he is competing with the Manchurians. He still believes in some kind of honesty. He probably believe 911 wasn't carried out by a militarist conspiracy. At least he's spreading it around a little bit.
The only good thing I feel like I've heard from (first tier) Rep candidates has been McCain's stance against waterboarding, and a definitive stance against torture of all kinds. I applaud that position.
An economy on the ropes, 2 wars going on, an invasion of illegal immigrants over running the country and you are worried about making sure a terrorist doesn't get beat up too bad...
"terrorists" - "You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means". Another word for terrorist is "human being". Most of the GOP candidates employ fear to win elections - what does that make them?
With your fear-driven comments - what does it make you?
Look, the Republican party is about to be punished for the type of thinking you address. Remember 06? Sending up a war-monger will just hand it over to the democrats. Ron paul doesn't win the nomination then I'm voting for Obama. lols.
Ok, so some "human beings" all over the world want to kill you, me, and every other American. Does that make you feel better? I'd hate to insults any terrorists..
Romney scares me too, the same as Mc Cain. Those are the worst two candidates republicans can have. I would like Dr. Paul for President, but he is low on the polls, but I see many people supporting him everywhere, I think there is fraud in the elections
Of course there is fraud. How do you think George bush got elected? We have been systematically been robbed of our voice. It has been going on for years. This whole two party system is broke.
when I finish making all my money, and I mean a whole lotta money, I am going to become a dictator and then all of you best beware! I'm telling YOU, LISTEN!
I have such fear that this man will become president. It scares me that such a power hungry, such a shallow, horrible man, could become our president... Is this the best we can do, Republicans???
Romney? Conservative principles? No, that would be Ron Paul, the only one of the GOP candidates who could beat Obama or Hillary. Most Americans want out of the war, and Ron's the only one advocating getting us out ASAP.
~50% of Americans voted for Bush last election. If Ron Paul was running against Hillary, virtually all the Bush voters would vote for him, and at least some of the anti-war left. If Paul got the Republican nomination, he could beat Hillary.
he would be winning the nomination in a landslide if he was being treated fairly and people used their minds instead of being manipulated by media and talking heads on the idiot box.
and yes, common sense and truth would appeal to most democrats and he would win in a landslide over hill or bama.
Did you just put Romney and "fair" in the same sentence? He's the dirtiest politician we've seen in years. His campaign has been mostly a negative one. There's nothing fair about Romney... he bought into media corporations so that he can use them for this campaign. Think before you speak... know what you're talking about before you call someone an idiot. You're just a pawn.
Looking at your comment again, I realize you must have thought I was calling McCain and Romney democrats. I was actually referring to the idea that neither of them can win against Hillary or Obama.
shallow man.. that's why he is the only candidate to say he will forfeit the president's salary..and why he uses his OWN money to get his message out...and oh yeah, he IS the best we can do because they all have skeletons in their closets or they have no plan. Why don't you run for president so we can examine your life through a microscope? Going to use your own money?

Mitt is only polling well in Utah and Mass. at the moment.
Even if he wins all Super Tuesday states that are "Mitt Friendly", he will most likely get:
Utah: 36 delegates
Mass: less than 40 delegates
Montana: 25 delegates
Colorado: less than 40 delegates
North Dakota: less than 20 delegates
Alaska: less than 25 delegates
That's about 200 delagates.
Sorry Mitt.
