@tepeke88 It's a turbocharged 6 cylinder engine producing 335HP (although many have found them putting out far more horsepower).  This is a sports car, it's not designed to get good gas mileage.

Agreed on the price. Approaching M3 territory, which has far better performance, in a much more focused, driver oriented package. A true M version of this car (with the 4.0L V8) would be a real prize.

I don't understand why BMW (or any manufacturer) forces buyers to get special packages with predetermined setups. Why can't I have an S-drive35is with a 6-speed manual, beige leather and wood trim? Why does BMW force me to get a flappy paddle gearbox and that stupid carbon/aluminium trim? I can't even buy the less powerful Sdrive35i model b/c it doesn't have an available body kit (it does, but I have to get the stupid carbon/aluminium trim or yellow seats). I'm paying, I know what looks best!
